wonderful Experience - Rebecca and Corey were wonderful. We were blessed with fabulous weather for late March. In the past I haven't tried this sort or tour due to the expense but will strongly reconsider that next vacation.

Enlightening tour - Our driver and tour guide Johnny were EXCELLENT!!! Amazing how much information he shared!! Wealth of knowledge! Truly enjoyed ourselves!! My mother uses a walker for long excursions and the driver got right off and had it ready as soon as we got off bus. The bus was very comfortable! The sights were beyond beautiful!!!

Great trip - shame it rained so much - Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and informative. We saw all we could given the rain on the day of our trip. The war memorials were moving and the Lincoln memorial inspiring. The cherry blossom was sadly not at its best due to the rain

Lucky Blossoms Tour - This was a well-organized and very full tour. We really lucked out with nice weather and beautifully blooming blossoms! A number of the other guests on the tour were complaining about the tour going over lunch, but we were prepared for this by eating a big breakfast at our hotel beforehand and heading for a big meal right afterwards. Things were nicely organized at the Navy Memorial boarding area. The bus was comfortable, but it was annoying that everyone kept switching seats! Our tour guide, Paul, was excellent; however at times the tour felt a little rushed and there was no time for questions. It also didn't feel as interactive or entertaining as the last tour we took with Viator in D.C., but that was because of the other guests on the tour, not the tour guide. I really enjoyed the FDR memorial and seeing the White House closer and from the other side. This tour did involve a LOT more walking than I was expecting, and several of the guests had trouble keeping up; a better description that includes that would be appreciated.

Inaccessible and disorganized. - The parts of the tour that went relatively as planned were good and our tour guide had a lot of good information. However, the tour was very inaccessible and disorganized. Our tour guides asked the group for suggestions about what we thought we should do while they were supposed to guide us. In terms of accessibility, I was on the tour with my grandpa. When they asked if we wanted to walk to ride the bus between Thomas Jefferson and MLK, we said we would take the bus since he can't walk that far. They told us we would get dropped off and meet back up with the walkers at the next memorial. However, the bus driver didn't stop at the MLK and we got stuck on the bus for the next hour and a half, not learning about DC and not seeing the sites. I understand there was a lot of traffic, but for a cherry blossom tour that should be expected, and missing 1.5 hours out of a 4-hour tour is unacceptable.
