Amazing staff, good timing, overall great experience - It was a very well sized tour, with not too many people. Brittany and Ricky were absolutely AMAZING! They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. As a person who’s not really into history, they made it very engaging and interesting. Completely recommend!

Out Visit to Arlington - We had a wonderful experience at Arlington Cemetery. Our guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Changing of the Guard was a moving experience. We didn't get to see Kennedy's grave due the family being there for Bobby Kennedy. It was neat to think that the Kennedys were probably there on the grounds while we were there. The grounds were well maintained and done in a top notch order.

THE BEST TOUR TO TAKE IN DC - The tour was great, we saw everything that DC had to offer without walking. We had enough time at each stop for pictures, and to soak in the moment as at each stop. Josh and Thomas were the best.

A Great Tour - Seeing the Viet Nam memorial & the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at Arlington Cemetery. Our guide Nick did a great job of describing the historical significance of each of our stops. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting DC, especially for the first time.

Washington DC tour - The tour was educational and informative. It was cool being able to see the thing I hear about. Our tour guide John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. There were no hiccups with checking in , everyone was so nice! There was one experience at the Arlington Cemetery tour I would like to mention. One of the female guides yelled at us because we got off the tram. I am not sure where the disconnect happened but she was very rude. We did not let that ruin our tour though. The experience as a whole was great.

Saw many sites, disappointed with tour guide - Sylvia our bus driver was amazing. Our tour guide did not seem knowledgeable of the monuments and we had 2 people on the bus who were late returning affecting time at other stops.

Don’t book with this company - Terrible seating on the bus, small & overcrowded, bad speaker system, A/C was not good at all and very hard to understand speaker due to the very poor quality of the sound system. I would not recommend this tour company to anyone if they are looking to really have an enjoyable experience in DC. Last stop at Arlington, but if you are looking to view the changing of the guards, be prepared to find your on way back to your start point/hotel. Plus side, our driver was extremely polite and friendly, but still not enough for us to ever rebook or recommend. We also needed to call their customer service before our tour, this also was a very frustrating and miserable experience. Very discouraging tour guide company!!

Would not give usa guided tours my business again - Guide and driver was great, but USA tours themselves we're very unaccommodating and not very understanding they lied to us told us there was 50 people on the bus and they'd have to have to Deer out only two people on the actual two or other than us
