Great cycling experience! - We had a great experience with Unlimited Biking in Alexandria,VA. They communicated precise information about our meeting place, were quickly available by text and phone for last minute details, and were clear in orienting us to the equipment, the process of locking and returning the bike we rented. The bike was a new Specialized Sirrus in perfect condition. Our point person, Sanjar, suggested routes from the departure point and gave us tips about the trail conditions to help us decide which route to take. He elevated our experience from great to excellent.
I recommend this company and hope to rent from them in other locations i the future.
