Great experience! - Birdy was great! The tour was great too. Saw just about everything we wanted to. Good for the old folks in our group to see the things without having to walk. I do recommend getting there when it starts if you want to go to Arlington. That was worth the extra cost for sure!

Priceless tour - Our second day in Washington DC was packed with excitement and inspiration! We embarked on a trolley tour to explore the city's most significant attractions and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Seeing the Arlington National Cemetery and the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Solider will forever be etched in our memory. Dinner at Chef Geoff's (btw this is one of three restaurants owned by Chef Geoff inDC (who is also Norah O’Donnells husband and was delicious!) added another layer of delight to this already amazing day.

Great way to see DC prime attractions - Great way to get around and get to all of the prime attractions. Lots of walking around DC even when using the trolley so this saves tired legs. The drivers were friendly, fun and helpful. We booked the Arlington package which was a lovely addition.

fabulous even thought is rained the whole time - The driver we got most of the time was so much fun and delightful. His name was Jimmy and from North Carolina and his grandma had great words of advice. He sprinkles this in the the fabulous info and history he knows about DC. He was so funny.besides being a wealth of knowledge.

Awesome Tour...Very Knowledgeable and Professional - The associate at the Welcome Center was very helpful and honest. Our Consuctor Birdy (Birdie) was amazing. I did the 3:15'ish tour so we hit some traffic but she communicated well in advance, offered additional options to get back if we decided to hook off towards the end of the evening. Excellent narration, wealth of knowledge, definitely worth the trip! Learned a lot that I thought I knew but really didn't. Thanks Team, and thanks Birdy!

DC hop on bus - Our driver was great! Her positive vibes were infectious! The only recommendation I have for tourists is to check the time for the last pick up at the Lincoln memorial.

Good but disappointing - It was good, however at one stop the driver didn’t stop but passed us by and we had to wait quite. Long time for the next bus. The stops were not marked well so it was difficult to find where to catch the next bus. Not very organized during busy cherry blossom season when they should know that it will be busy. More buses should be used. This should not be a surprise that it is a busy time.

Just hope you get a good tour guide! - The actual places we visited were amazing! The tour guides were kind of rude and the last one at the end of the day was just disrespectful by raising her voice telling people to be quiet treating everyone like children.

Sad Panda - Had to wait over about an hour for a bus at Union Station and an hour by the Lincoln memorial for the bus to Arlington, and then wait for and hour at Arlington for a ride back to the Lincoln memorial. On top of that my kids got trampled trying to get on the buses. We finally said f--k this and walked the rest of the day and got our money back. To summarize went to 4 stops and waited 3 hours for buses.
