The guide was extremely... - The guide was extremely informative and made a very efficient use of the time available. The transport was very comfortable and easy to access. I appreciated being picked up on time and later returned to my hotel.

Great Warsaw Tour and Excellent Customer Service! - Had a great experience with this Warsaw tour. I only had a few hours in the city, and this was exactly what I needed. The tour drove us around while we learned about Warsaw’s history, and we got off the coach at key spots for short walking visits. Perfect for anyone short on time but wanting to see and learn a lot.
Also, I want to commend the company’s professionalism and ethics. There was a small pickup mix-up (no one’s fault), and I was worried I’d miss the tour. Instead, they quickly sent a van to get me and added me to the group, truly 5-star customer service. Great company, great people, great tour!

Amazing city tour - Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Kristof was very knowledgeable. Gave us loads of info on polish history and the significance of each memorials and buildings. Truly enjoyed this trip from start to end

Three days in Warsow - Very good experience where you can explore the most important landmarks of Warsow in three hours . especially the royal park and Warsow castle

Lee really knows Warsaw - We started our 3H tour of Warsaw at 9:45 when Lee met us in the hotel lobby. There was only one other person on this tour which made it feel customized. The MB Sprinter was a nice addition with a driver.
Lee knew the history, the landmarks, the before/after Warsaw Ghetto Uprising locations, and the names of most major buildings and embassies. He knows if the building is original or reconstructed after WWII. He says that in his spare time in reads about Warsaw to make his tours more informative.
Perhaps, he poured out too much information for me to digest. His English is fluent, and he takes his job very seriously. We learned a lot.
Cost is 430PLN for two, or $120. Worth it.

Warsaw 3 Hour Tour - Small group tour with a private guide. Guide was very knowledgeable but as we walked many of us couldn't hear him. Highly recommend earpieces for the tourist and the guide be miked as we do the walks. Be aware that there is quite a bit of walking, which we were not aware of. Water and coke products were not served until the very end of the 3+ hour tour leaving us all very thirsty. No wonderful Polish chocolate candies were served. Instead the guide opened what looked like an old tin can of wrapped candies consisting of taffy, hard candy, etc. Extremely disappointing and not what was advertised in the booking. The guide and driver were very accommodating of the different drop off points we needed at the end of the tour.

Not as Advertised - Tour did not spend any time at the war time locations. Just a quick drive by couple of sites. Guides grasp of English was okay but she was hard to understand at times and got stuck regularly on words. Majority of the tour was spent at the royal park and old town. Both were great. The polish chocolates consisted of selecting a candy from a tin. Drinks were not offered.
At the conclusion of the tour we were handed over to another guide for the trip back to our pick up point. He was more informative on the short drive back than our first guide. He was much easier to understand and the information was more comprehensive. I guess it comes down to luck as to which guide you get but the structure of the tour leaves a lot to be desired. You expect a lot more from the way it is advertised and for the price tag. Would have been better doing the hop on hop off bus!
