Exceeded my expectations - This far exceeded my expectations. The experience was amazing. The pools were all excellent and well laid out. We visited in school holidays and it wasn’t over crowded. More than enough space for everyone to move between the different pools. Can’t wait to go back

Long ride on a warm Autumn day, followed by a relaxing smoothing soak, helps the body bounce back for the next ride - After a long and hot 9 hour motorbike ride through inland Victoria, 2 hours spent at Deep Blue Hot Springs in Warrnambool was exactly what the body needed. The hot and cold baths really did restore the body and made the next day's ride even more enjoyable.

Amazing Thermal pools - Amazing AAA+++ We went recently in March, took the morning session. We have been doing a road trip on motorcycles, and we were looking forward to these hot springs (thermal pools) and they did not disappoint. I have lived in Japan and have enjoyed many springs there, this place is the best I have had in Australia. Unlike other reviews, we didn't have any kids running around, it was very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Service was great, Staff welcoming and very helpful We will be back again

Visiting Warrnambool. Never been to springs there before. Staff were amazing. All was clean. Pools were incredible - Loved this experience. It was beyond expectation. I didn’t realise there would be so many different kinds of pools and ranging in temperature and experience.

Infrared sauna Hot baths waiting in the cold! - I like the facility but the 3rd time i went i was booked at 2:45 for an infrared sauna then 3:30 for an outdoor hot springs session. But i ended up waiting until 3:10 until 2 ladies finished their session! Reception must've extended their time at the expense of mine! So i was 15mins late for my bath session and also had to leave early to catch my train. Great facilities but rather disappointed on the 3rd visit.

Me Time in Warrnambool - Myself and two sisters went to the Spa for a little "me time". We had a wonderful experience. The gardens surrounding the many different spas were beautiful and extremely well kept. The spas themselves were fabulous. The cave ones were spectacular in appearance. My only wish is that the steps into the spas could be more visible. The water, being natural mineral and artesian, was quite dark and as you approached each cave, the steps were too hard to see, causing some missteps, which could lead to injury. The staff at the entrance, Tonia and Sinead, were lovely and helpful. The changing rooms and showers were perfect. I would recommend a visit there for anyone visiting beautiful Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia.

Poor experience really. To make it that obvious someone else asked for and got the room we requested really really poor. - We stayed at hotel cedars of the hot springs and wife had a massage. On check in found room with view allocated but given away before we arrived. Very obvious very poor. This left a very sour view of the stay. Would visit the springs but stay somewhere else.
