- 69A Wainui Valley Road - You’ll start by hiking up to the top of the camp. This is a steep uphill walk and takes around 15-20 minutes. At the top you’ll have great views over Akaroa harbor, but not as good as they’ll be from the top of the giant swing!
The swing is 17 metres high! Your mates will haul the rope to winch you to the top, then you’ll pull the pin and swing down! What a buzz!
You need a group of at least 8 to make this activity work!
Once everyone has had a go, you’ll take a leisurely walk back down to the start.
