Really good Bedouin experience! - This tour was a really good Bedouin experience! We met Salem at wadi rum village and started the jeep tour through the desert. We visited a lot of places and ended up at the campsite. The tent was very comfortable, very hot showers and the dinner was incredibly delicious. Salem set with us at the fire at night, with tea, watching the stars. Salem speaks English very well and is a very good host. He even helped us with the transportation to and out of wadi rum village. If you want a real Bedouin experience, I would recommend for sure!

A fun day in the jeep followed by camping and stargazing. - This tour was really well organised and a lot of fun. We arrived in Wadi Rum village and were guided where to park and meet Salem, the camp owner. We had a fun day out in the jeep stopping off at different sights to climb the rocks for viewpoint of the desert. There was a nice two hour lunch break in the shade then back out in the jeep. It’s a full day of activities so would recommend comfy outdoor clothing and good shoes for climbing. The campsite was lovely and they prepared traditional zarb food that was cooked in the ground. The real highlight was stargazing in the evening by the camp fire. We saw some shooting stars and the sky was very clear. Bathrooms and showers were immaculate and had hot water! Great trip and would recommend to anyone.

Night in a splendid Bedouin tent in a camp with all comforts. They make you feel at home even in the desert. Thank you

OUT OF THW WORLD EXPERIENCE - Actually i stayed 2 nights , day 1 did camel safari for 2 hours, next day full day jeep safari and sleeping under the stars. We had booked two rooms. Rooms are very small but comfortable. During day it would be very hot. We did not stay in room during day time but on jeep safari day when we came back around 5.30 rooms were very hot. Salem takes very good care, your food etc is made as per your pre determined choices( asked for chicken instead of beef) . One imp point we missed is that it has common toilet , since we were the only people in the camp it did not matter . Dinner was very yummy, breakfast standard with one egg, one fruit and rest humus etc. On full day jeep safari our guide cum driver cum cooked prepared food in the desert. One should experience sleeping under the stars- awesome experience

Fascinating landscape, great Camp, and wonderful people - What a great experience! The Camp and the desert are as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The tents are authentic and elegant , made of black and white goat's wool and the inside is lined with beautiful bedouin fabrics. Washrooms and showers are in a stone building - a hygienic 40 meters away from the tents - and very clean. Food was excellent! I loved watching the sunset and sitting around the Camp fire after dinner! I also appreciated the easy communication via e-mail and that we got clear prices with no hidden extras. Thanks for the great hospitality to everyone!

If you are searching to connect with the quieteness and magnificence of the dessert this is the place for you. The most beautiful sunset that I have ever seen. And the stars, oh the stars.... Enjoyed the Lovely hospitality of Salem and Frances. The interesting conversations, tasty food, and how they thought of everything down to the small details. Will come again!!!

Perfect Wadi Rum experience - We had a wonderful time in this camp. Communication with Salem and Frances is super easy. They even help us to organize transport to and from Wadi rum village. Their camp is in the very south of Wadi Rum. The location is perfect to enjoy the sunset from the camp or a rock next to it - the view is amazing. No jeep tour required to see the sunset like in some other camps. Tents and facilities are like new, very clean and well maintained. Ther was nothing we would have missed.

Phenomenal experience - Amazing experience where I was treated like a king in a gorgeous desert. Lots of great food and views with very comfortable sleeping and dining locations. I was glad for the very nice facilities that didn't take away from the magical experience of camping in the desert. My trip could not have been improved. It was perfect.

Wonderful Experience - I took up a 4h afternoon jeep tour of Wadi Rum and an overnight stay with Real Bedouin Experience Tours & Camp and it is the best decision that I have made in Jordan. Salem has been communicating with me promptly via email to ensure that I have all the necessary information with me before arrival. Upon arrival, his brother was already there waiting for me even though I arrived earlier. I have a wonderful time touring around Wadi Rum and was given sufficient time to explore each attraction site. His brother is very caring and ensures my safety is more important if I am uncomfortable climbing some of the sites which can be quite dangerous. Due to the low peak season, I was the only guest in the camp and I enjoyed the exclusive welcoming from Salem and the team with a delicious meal. After the meal, we sat down at the fireplace to get to know each other better. I will highly recommend this camp when you are in Jordan. Salem and the team are very friendly and they provide excellent service. I will engage them again or introduce my friends if they go to Jordan soon. Thank you, Salem and the team for giving me an unforgettable experience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! - If you are planning on going to Wadi Rum this is the place to book, cannot recommend this enough! Saleem, Salih and Francis went absolutely out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home in their camp. If you want not only to see the beautiful desert, but also learn about the Bedouin culture and history, this is the place for you! We stayed for two nights (in my opinion two nights is a minimum), and went on a jeep-tour the first day and a hike the second, and we loved every minute of it. In the evening they made a fire and we sat around it and drank delicious Bedouin tea and talked, which was so cozy and special! You can really feel that it is important for Saleem and his brother Salih, who was our guide on the trips, to share their culture and traditions with their guests, which made the experience feel very authentic and special. Also the food was traditional Bedouin food and it was incredibly tasty and delicious! The camp is beautifully situated in the desert with a perfect view for sunset. Both the tents and toilet facilities are clean and really nice. We feel very very lucky to have stayed here and have definitely made memories for life. We wish all the best for them in the future! Until next time☺️
