WOULD GO AGAIN!! - Amazing workshop! Learned a lot about espresso, learned how to make a good espresso, and the gentleman giving the workshop was very knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommended! - I recently attended this workshop, and I was surprised that I ended up being the only participant. Given this circumstance, I still enjoyed, and it was an incredible experience. Chris was knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. He explained everything that I need to know. Also, recommended good quality beans in Vietnam.
Whether you're a seasoned coffee lover or a beginner, you should check this out as it is a best way to deepen your appreciation for coffee. Kudos! Will definitely come back to try the other workshop.

Recommend, great value - Was very worth it! I got to see a great overview of the journey of coffee beans and got to see, touch and peel the coffee fruits + green beans. Making and tasting coffee was a nice finish to the workshop.

Excellent Coffee Course - I ended as the only person in this course, so I got a VIP/personalized experience.
The host/instructor, Chris, was kind and funny and knowledgeable and did a great job adapting the course to just one person.
The course itself was excellent, learning about the process of harvesting coffee, with a bit of the botany/biology behind coffee beans. Then we covered he difference between good and bad beans, before finally brewing my own Vietnamese Phin-style drip coffee, without and with sweetened condensed milk.
Highly recommend to experienced and novice coffee lovers.

Amazing iO coffee Workshop Trip! - Getting amazing and enlightened by the jouney back to the source of fresh coffee drink which we adore to have a cup nowadays!
Not only giving us the opportunity to have a try and enjoy a cup of truly fresh and handmade coffe, the Workshop’s Baristas also letting us understand and way more telling the difference between the Arbica and Robusta coffee beans!
We experienced the subtle methods to make a delicious cup of coffee. Every method’d bring the different tastes ( some has the bittersweet taste, some has the light taste to combine with fruit, some has a dark and bitter as dark chocolate taste! )
I’m really satisfied to have a significant experiences at IO coffee Workshop!

PERFECT - Before coming here, I was just a regular customer enjoying coffee
What I learned here was that there are so many stories inside a tiny coffee bean, and an entire art to preparing and enjoying it
The address of the place is very easy to find, the parking lot is large. We arrived just as the place was opening, and were greeted warmly
I was very impressed with Manh's enthusiasm and love for coffee

New Vietnamese Coffee! - I participated in this coffee workshop this morning and loved it.
I learned a lot through what John shared with me, through this workshop now I can identify good quality coffee. Making my own cup of coffee using "phin" is one of the parts that I really enjoy!

It's truly wonderful. Thanks to that, I learned more about coffee, especially "specialty coffee". And feel loved about them. Before, I hated it so much, because it mostly tasted very bitter. But through this participation, I have a different perspective on coffee. Thank you very much iO coffee

For the VERY serious barista - This workshop is very scientific & designed for those VERY interested in the technical aspects of serious espresso making. My partner and I just wanted tips on making great coffee.
The new, young instructors English was very difficult to understand.

Love the food! Chairs hurt!! - The breakfast here was great. I would have given this 5 stars if this was not the most absolute uncomfortable place to sit. I am 5'10 180.. not a super fat person. The bench chairs are tiny and only fit half of my butt. I wanted to sit here and work for a bit but after about 5 minutes my butt hurt. Really hope they can put comfy chairs in this lovely urban cafe.
