Beautiful, well-planned trip with very kind and knowledgeable tour guide with excellent english - The trip was as described and well planned for timing. Leaving early meant we got to the blue eye early, before it got crowded, and with a coffee break before hand. The beach that we were taken to in ksamil was lovely. We had a full 3 hours to relax. The locations of this tour are a must-go; we were so glad we did this and it is worth the price. The guide was excellent, stopped at viewpoints and took good photos for us and went above and beyond to help out. The vehicle was clean.

Top - Excellent communication, great experience. Guide knows places you can't really find on online sites. Beside traveling to known attractions we've also went to some authentic and hidden spots in Durres and Saranda.

Great family trip to sarande - Had a great time in the south. Albania was an amazing experience and the food was great. Tour went smooth and very calm. We made a lot of stops along the way and learned a lot of things about the country.

Fun tines - The food we had was great and the guide was very informative. In the first few hours we had a great conversation about the Albanian history and then after visiting the old ruins in Saranda he told us a lot about the ancient world of Albania. Such a fun experience .

Very disapoining. Basically an overpriced taxi driver. - Initially, the trip's start time was postponed by three hours after what was communicated by the booking agent (Initially 6:30am and moved to 9:30 am). The tour guide, who could barely be termed as such, arrived one hour later than his own updated schedule (at 10:30 am), only giving us a 30-minute heads-up. The tour was very poorly organized, which resulted in us having less than half of the allotted time for various stops (according to the itinerary). The guide’s contribution was minimal, providing barely any information about the places we visited. To make matters worse, the itinerary was changed at the last minute to an entirely different location (Sarande) without any explanation, leaving us no opportunity to visit the planned site (Butrint National park). Breakfast, which was supposed to be part of the package, was substituted with a mere soda. Furthermore, the guide was unprepared and unfamiliar with the route, embarrassingly relying on a passenger for navigation. He even extended to using the passenger’s mobile phone and data for directions because his own phone was uncharged. The service was below average to say the least; it was an example of unprofessionalism and poor planning, making for a frustratingly disappointing experience.
