Excellent spa day - It was a good experience and one we will definitely be up for doing again. Would recommend this to anyone thinking about going.

100% recommend - From start to finish this was a lovely experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. Fully recommended to anyone who is wanting a relaxing day!

Great experience - Booked the VIP Turkish bath through Viator.com as it was cheapest we could find. Could not fault the experience, be aware that you spend a good amount of time in the sauna and steam room and it can become difficult to breathe. Drinks and fruit were given to us when we had our face mask, as an added bonus we had ichthyotherapy (fish spa treatment) which wasn’t included in the package. Massage was excellent and lasted a good amount of time. The overall experience including transfer took about 2 hours 15 minutes. Would highly recommend doing this when visiting Turkey.

A must for any Turkish holiday! - Excellent pick up and drop off service with amazing spa staff which give the best possible treatment. Would highly recommend for the start of any Turkish holiday!

Great program! - Money well spent :) great program with saunas, massages, other treats. Loved it! Hammam seemed a little rushed, but still very good. I would recommend to try and isolate the noise from the rest of the building (maybe additional entrance door?) for full relaxation, but in general it was great. Thank you!

Very nice experience! - This was a lovely half day experience! We were in Turkey for a week and decided to do this half way through our holiday. We had already had a Turkish bath experience at the spa in our hotel, which was amazing! So very excited to do another so soon afterwards. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time here! Pick up and drop off was easy, and the treatments we had were very relaxing and varied. It’s a quick session and reasonable for the price you pay. But all Turkish Baths are pretty efficient and quick with their times (we went to 3 in one week and they were all pretty speedy with their service apart from the massage time where you get the full time you expect). The only thing that stops this from being 5 stars is the spa was a bit old and tired. The Hammam table was not heated, and I also had a male masseur, which as a female is a bit uncomfortable when he is asking me to turn over on the bed while topless and no privacy to cover myself. Strange when my boyfriend had a female masseuse. Other than that he was still very good, I just couldn’t fully relax and felt too exposed too many times. I would go back again if I knew my masseuse was going to be female.

Waste of time and money - Appauling waste of money, supposed to be a 3 hour experience. Including the 30 minutes travelling to and from the Spa the total time was under 2 hours. We were rushed through the Spa like cattle. We tried to complain at the Spa but suddenly no one could speak any English. Do not waste your money at this Spa!!
