From airport to hotel: Upon arrival, exit through door 14. To the right of the board, look for the R99 logo. This logo ensures the correct staff member knows which car to call for you. After the car is called, a professional driver will safely transport you to the hotel.

Hotel to airport: The driver will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If parking is unavailable directly outside the hotel’s entrance, the location will be shared with you.
