Excellent start to a visit in Naples - This tour really gives you a clear taste of the history, culture, real estate and restaurant experience in Naples. I highly recommend it, but make sure you get Steve as your tour guide. Walking encyclopedia regarding Naples!

3rd time taking trolley tour and just as good - Every time we come to Naples we take this trolley tour and never get bored of it. Last year our tour guide was a gentleman called Wayne, and this year we were sad to hear of his passing. We would like to send our sincere condolences to family and friends. Wayne was very chatty and recommended a lovely takeaway pizza place, which we went to on his recommendation. It was absolutely delicious, we went back this year to it to see it had moved location. Our tour guide on this occasion was Steve and had a wealth of local knowledge, and a great sense of humour. Thank you again for an enjoyable tour.

The best tour - We are residents of Naples. We have take friends who visit us on the trolley tour. This was about our 10th time taking the tour. Steve has been our tour guide for most of them. We request him. Steve is excellent, easy to understand, welcomes questions and very informative. We highly recommend Naples tours.

Highly Recommend this Tour - My husband and I did this trolley bus tour of Naples and it was great! (This is a hop on-hop off trolley.) Steve was our tour driver and he was excellent! Steve gave us alot of information about the history of Naples. I highly recommend this tour! However, I would advise you to call first and find out about the tour schedule. The day we went, they were down one trolley bus driver so there were not as many scheduled stops. This did not affect us much since we were not planning to get off the trolley. We had a great time!

Sunny late Jan tour - This was our 2nd tour - we went 4 years ago on our first vist to Naples - this time with friends. Steve, the tour guide, was outstanding providing a great deal of background info on Naples and Collier County. I highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to the area - a lot of insight on where to visit and dine. The downside was a shortage of guides that day so the pickup interval was 2 hours versus 1 which discouraged hop on hop off.

Great Trolley Tour Guide !! - Steve, our Trolley Driver was very good and informative. He made our tour very nice where we didn't want to get off at any of the stops. He is a perfect "Tour Guide" that made us laugh at times. He is very knowledgeable and would recommend this tour to others looking for things to do in Naples.

Best Trolley Tour - Trolley Steve was great! His knowledge of the area was extensive. His recommendations were spot on. It was nice to have someone else do the driving so you can really look at everything.

A lot of potential - There is a lot of potential with this trolley tour, including Steve the guide who seems to have been born to do his job well. However, I think it's time to re-think the business model. With limited staff, the tour really can no longer be promoted as a hop on/hop off. Plus, visitors in this day and age without a car have other means to get themselves transported from point A to point B. With some tweaking of the script to include more historical and current events information (versus promotion), this could be a really good experience for tourists. The headquarters building of the trolley, including the public restrooms, could also use some refreshing. I don't regret taking the tour, but it wasn't as good as it could be.

Bus - I would not bother with this again. We were surprised by the rave reviews when we found ourselves on a bus ride with the driver calling out the names of places. Don't get me wrong, the driver is jovial, but not worth $77 for my husband and I to take a 90 minute bus ride. The advertised hop on and off doesn't work because they don't have reliable staff.

They treat people like dirt - If you really want to be disrespected and treated poorly this is a company that you should visit. We popped in today with some out of town guests with the goal of signing up for a trolley tour. The guy at the desk was glued to a computer screen and never made eye contact with us. We asked about the tour and he replied without looking at us "One of our drivers is out." We then asked when the next tour would be, he replied "One of our drivers is out." I replied "What does that exactly mean, when is the next tour? Are you saying there are no more tours today?" He replies without looking at us "Hey stupid, it's on the piece of paper in front of you taped to the desk!" At that point we decided this wasn't a good idea. So in conclusion if you want to be treated like dirt, give this place a try.
