Naples Trolley Tour With the Best Guide in Town - Steve was just a wonderful very knowledgeable tour guide! Enjoyed all the information and scenery. He was so friendly and helpful. The five of us just loved him! The trolley was comfortable. Even though open air with temperatures in the high 80’s and higher humidity, the air flow as we drove kept us pretty comfortable! Thank you Steve!❤️

Please do it! - This was so much fun and very informative!! Steve (driver) is amazing and so great at his job! Obvious he loves it!! You need to do this if visiting Naples!

Naples Trolley Tour - Steve is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. We live here full time and always wanted to do the tour to see what we didn’t know about Naples. We learned a lot. From the history of Baron Collier, the Pelican Bay development, Parc Shore, historical Naples and the story of the Rosemary Cemetery. Great job Steve. Never got off, just stayed with Steve for the whole route and am more knowledgeable today than yesterday.

Great way to get oriented to Naples! - Trolley Steve was a wonderful guide and really brought Naples to life for first time visitors! We enjoyed learning the lay of the land and its history.

Excellent - Steve the driver was great. Very knowledgeable about the area. He was one of the best guides I've had for this type of tour, as he was very clear in his speaking. Would recommend this tour for anyone traveling to this area.

Basic bus ride - Seemed to be more about million dollar homes and commercial restaurants and shops than the history of Naples. Steve did a great job adding historical information while trolley was driving around the built up areas. Would suggest driving around historic Naples more.

A lot of potential - There is a lot of potential with this trolley tour, including Steve the guide who seems to have been born to do his job well. However, I think it's time to re-think the business model. With limited staff, the tour really can no longer be promoted as a hop on/hop off. Plus, visitors in this day and age without a car have other means to get themselves transported from point A to point B. With some tweaking of the script to include more historical and current events information (versus promotion), this could be a really good experience for tourists. The headquarters building of the trolley, including the public restrooms, could also use some refreshing. I don't regret taking the tour, but it wasn't as good as it could be.

Bus - I would not bother with this again. We were surprised by the rave reviews when we found ourselves on a bus ride with the driver calling out the names of places. Don't get me wrong, the driver is jovial, but not worth $77 for my husband and I to take a 90 minute bus ride. The advertised hop on and off doesn't work because they don't have reliable staff.
