• Fortaleza de Valenca - As a first stop, we will discovering the preserved citadel inside the 17th century fortess of Valença do Minho.
  After the visit, we will taste some of the traditional pastries.
• Moncao - The centuries-old rural and green roads will lead us to the heart of the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço, the birthplace of the famous Alvarinho grape variety, where we will stop to discover the secrets of Vinho Verde production.
• Merufe - Then, we will delight ourselves with a wine lunch, harmonised with local products and demarcated wines.
• Palacio da Brejoeira - After this oenogastronomic experience, the rural and traditional landscapes of the “Green Region” will lead us to discover the typical villages of the oldest Portuguese wine-growing region and the historical legacy that can be found here. We will then do a second tasting of demarcated vinho verde of the distinct varieties from this sub-region, with the harmonisation of regional products, in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
