Won’t forget this one! - Fantastic trip! Captain was very good also. Got picked up promptly from my apartment outside the city centre and left back. We had a little drink at the end which was a pleasant bonus. Highly recommended!

Don't Miss this Opportunity to Fly! - The hot air balloon flight that I took in June 2023 was in my top 3 favorite travel experiences of all time. The company was easy to work with and communicative. Our flight was delayed two days because of winds and they were great at communicating about the cancellations and reschedule. During this experience, you get to see the whole process of putting the balloon together at the Vilnius park and them packing it all back up again at the end when you land. It is such a smooth ride - you wouldn't know you were ascending, descending, or moving unless you look. It feels like you are floating in a quiet space. The views were STUNNING and seeing multiple balloons around was breathtaking. Our pilot was super friendly and taught us things along the way. Flying with this company is an absolutely a must do for anyone in Vilnius (or anyone that is looking for a fantastic experience!)

If you thinking about doing it, just do it, it’s worth it - Amazing experience, incredible views, peaceful and calming journey and very friendly and kind staff.

Loved our trip over Trakai - We originally booked a balloon flight from Old Town Vilnius, but the day before we were asked if we'd like to reschedule to a trip over Trakai. They offered us transport from Trakai back to Vilnius, so this worked well for us. I went with my mother (68) and she really enjoyed it. Beautiful balloon, very safe experience.

Amazing..... - Fantastic experience and the most amazing flight over Vilnius Old Town. I am terrified of heights. Nevertheless, I did it and not once was I scared thanks to the very professional, nice, and calm pilot. It was indeed a joy ride. I am still high on the feeling. Thank you, thank you so much Hot Airlines.

Lovely experience, but problematic communication - Eventually I loved it, it was absolutely freaking amazing! I loved how we were part of the whole process, how the flights was so steady, and how we got our souvenir certificate and a glass of champagne. What I didn't like, is that when my initial scheduled activity got cancelled because of the wind, the company was very hard to communicate with regarding the rescheduling. When we agreed on a time and meeting point for the flight, they never responded on how I'd recognize the representative of the company that would come to collect me. This had as a result for us to stand back to back at the meeting spot among others for a while, without recognizing each other. When we finally met, the driver lead me to a jeep, and since I was expecting to meet more people inside, I didn't check the driver's plates. I had been asking about them from the day before, and since the company avoided sharing those, it felt really uncomfortable in the car, as it seemed like a potential sketchy thing - I had no way to be sure that the guy was my actual driver, and we'll, you can never know. Maybe they'll fix it in the future, as the flying experience was just amazing!

Nice experience - We flew via Trankai, very nice experience. Was picked up from the hotel and brought back again. Nice team :)
