Musee Escoffier de l’Art Culinaire - Created over 50 years ago, the Escoffier Culinary Art Museum is housed in the birthplace of Auguste Escoffier, one of the greatest chefs in French gastronomy. Nestled in the heart of the village of Villeneuve-Loubet, in an 18th century Provencal house, the Museum invites you to browse the rooms it once occupied.

Fabulous - Welcoming is very professional (samadhi 27/9 afternoon), friendly and very involved in the life of the museum. The tour is very informative for those who love good French cuisine. A very nice experience that will be repeated with friends.

Especially fun for home chefs - Wonderful experience at the Escoffier museum. A wonderful tour de force of the man behind the kitchen brigade. We particularly enjoyed the room with chocolate sculptures and the menu room. The materials were largely in French, some in English. The people at the desk were super-friendly and we had a wonderful peach melba tasting at the end of our visit.

A beautiful discovery - For Heritage Day this year, we booked a little at the last moment... and fortunately, there were still two places left! It’s really a visit to make, even for those who are not particularly interested in cooking. Mr. Escoffier’s story is not only that of a cook, but a page of art and history. We enjoyed reading the different menus almost historical! And, like an icing on the cake, the tour ended with the tasting of a delicious Melba peach!

Nice compact museum about French cuisine. - Nice compact museum with love for the profession of cooking, tells the relatively short history of modern French cuisine since the late 19th century. And a nice peche Melba for dessert!

Scoffier: chef and social worker. - Beautiful museum, very well organized.
This allowed us to discover the very social side of Chef Escoffier, beyond his culinary art. He has made French cuisine shine in many countries. Congratulations to this foundation and its descendants.
