Immersive Ham Factory Experience - We enjoyed our visit! Carmen explained the history and process of Iberian pork in a true factory setting. The tasting at the end was delicious!

Life is made of memories. - Superb experience. We are a group of friends who often go on driving holidays in Spain. For clarity, I will be referring to the Ibérico Experience, including tapas. We attended the factory on our way from Leon, before checking into our hotel in Salamanca. Easy to find, plenty of parking space. If you are staying in Salamanca, it is only a short taxi ride away, or accessible by public transport. The visit was entertaining and instructive, and the tasting was varied and abundant, including some wine. If everything had finished there, we would have been very satisfied. But it didn’t. We sat down on our stools around a kitchen counter, facing a young and extremely talented chef, who had trained in Michelin restaurants. He had a contagious enthusiasm, obvious as he prepared tapa after tapa in front of our eyes. Let’s be clear. It was not just a matter of putting some ham on bread and topping it with an olive. I can do that. The use of a torch to cook the slices of meat, applying a chickpea foam, squeezing a black pudding mousse into a small bowl were some of the tricks we witnessed. We were excited like children on Christmas Day opening each present. And the next present has the shape of a bicycle! One of the best value for money activities we have done in a long time. Life is made of memories. This was one.

Surprising bites, good visit - Very entertaining visit that allows you to discover new information about products as common for us as Iberian sausages. The tasting very good and complete too. Although what surprised us the most for good were the 8n Iberian bites of food, the chef has level of star michelin, surprise to find such good and well done bites in a place that is not a restaurant; our experience was Iberian Flavor and is highly recommended in its entirety.

Spectacular - The view is phenomenal and then tasting Javi's food a sight. We will repeat without hesitation! Highly recommended

Excellent and entertaining visit - Excellent way to enter the world of Iberian ham, very entertaining visit, excellent tasting and a later gourmet experience super enjoyable. Must-see if you are in Salamanca for a few days.
