Chocolate and shopping what more could you want - Done the choc and shop excursion on Thursday great trip giving us time to have a wander around the market before heading over for the tour of chocolate factory. Great to learn how it all began to how it’s produced at present, also being able to to sample some of the sweets and purchase gifts to take home. Kathy also made the trip very enjoyable funny and informative also very kind to take pictures for us as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Benidorm

Villajoyosa is worth a visit. - The tour of the chocolate factory was very good and interesting. Instead of going to the market, I walked to the beach and the colorful houses, which I liked. The organization and trip with towntravel is recommended.

A wonderful trip to the chocolate factory - A fantastic trip to the chocolate factory, smelt amazing and so much to see. Wilf was our lovely tour guide who was very pleasant and polite. Gave plenty of information about our visit and went out of his way to help everybody. Have used Round Town Travel for many years for my trips and will continue to do so. Michelle and Helen - We have just came back from Valor chocolate shop. It was absolutely amazing and the chocolate is the best we’ve tasted and would like to thank our lovely reps Wilf and Jan for a lovely day out. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done to you all.

Exact length of trip - We booked what was sold to us as a whole day excursion! However turns out was only half a day! When we complained to the staff we were told we just have misheard! We definitely did not! When a complaint was made to the management again we were told we must have misheard and go back and chat with the guide we booked it through! Lots of miscommunication between staff and no one really taking responsibility for any actions! Trip was ok but not really worth €18 The actual factory is free to enter so the €18 is to cover the coach! Save yourselves some money and take the bus or tram and have yourselves a better service! On a plus side the guide Kathy we had on the day was lovely! Knowledgeable and should take all the credit! It’s definitely the management who Don’t care about customer service!

Disappointed with day - We were a little disappointed to say the least with this trip. We seemed to have spent more time on the coach with pick ups and drop off than we did with the trip. The market was small and disappointing. We saw the picture used on the website and thought we would be near that surrounding area. As soon as we got on the coach our guide was suggesting we did a day trip by tram, as we would get to see more. That in itself made me realise the allocated time wasn't going to be long enough. We were asked by the rep to put a review on, good or bad, so I am a little surprised by your response to previous people's views. The chocolate factory was a short tour around a small museum and a short talk & video. I actually quite enjoyed this, however as others have said, a number of us saw a worker eat the chocolate as she was packing it! As you've suggested maybe they do need to check their cameras etc, as there were a number of the group who witnessed this, two families of four and a young gentleman with his parents. This was reported whilst we were there to the person running the tour. I think to insinuate that your customers aren't telling the truth, is not ideal! An elderly woman and friend were left behind on the chocolate tour. They were deeply disappointed and when the guide was questioned she again tried to imply they had also been on it and in fact that they were not telling the truth either. Trip wasn't the best and we've been on a number of trips with yourself and never had any problems previously.

Save your money - We spent most of the time on the coach picking people up, then dropped off at an old, not very attractive market,into the chocolate factory where we saw hardly anything only the staff in the factory eating the chocolate through a glass window, into the shop to buy the chocolate then back out onto the bus. There was no time to look at the local town. Really dissapointed, wished we had saved our money.

Really bad customer service and very obnoxious staff - Worst company I ever had to deal with. 3 members of staff just didn’t want to care about the trip. Very obnoxious. To eager to pass the buck. I will never ever book with this company ever again. The staff need re-trained how to death with customers. Other members butting in with conversations. Head office Heidi just wouldn’t listen on the phone. Total disgrace as a company. The staff made the company look bad. The office opposite the western saloon please stay clear of.
