You’ll be experiencing a Port Wine Tasting within a historic edifice at the heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, the quintessential town for aging and trading Port Wine. During the tasting, you’ll be sampling 4 distinct types of Port Wine, all complemented with a cheese platter, as our patient and congenial staff guide you through the process.
About us
The Quevedo Family has been in the Port Wine producing industry for more than 5 generations, however the official establishment was only launched in 1993. This distinguishes us as one of the most recent Port Wine Houses from the Douro.
Being less than 30 years in operation, we view ourselves at the cusp of our journey, with every day a new chapter in our favorite pursuit: navigating the multiple ways wines can be relished.
For us, wine production is about promoting camaraderie amidst fun, and extending the circle of friends. Companions for jubilant times, allies for times of need – no pretentiousness, nothing to affirm. Simply cherishing the good times in each other’s companionship.
