Do this tour! - Solheimajokull 3 hour glacier hike. This was an amazing hike. Our guide Eli was fantastic and made the trip safe and exciting. We hiked pretty far up on the glacier and saw how they measure the change in size of the glacier over the season. It was a bit harder to walk on the glacier than I thought even with the cramp-ons provided, but I would 100% recommend everyone take this tour.

Wonderful bucket list experience!! - Our guide, Lilly was AMAZING! She was energetic, fun and caring. She made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. She was great with the adults (my wife and I) as well as our children (8&11). In fact I think my 8 year old is now wanting to be an ice-climber. As far as the experience itself, it is a must do in Iceland. If you don't have it on your itinerary, don't leave Iceland without experiencing it!

Fabulous family glacier hike with Tomasso - Our fabulous guide, Tomasso, led us on a fun and beautiful hike! There were 8 of us and we had our own guide, which was quite nice. The hike time was just right and located quite close to the check in spot.

Must do! - We had an amazing time. Maria our tour guide was so informative and helpful. My 12 year old was able to do everything! Saw so much, great pictures, and memories of a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Great glacier hike with understanding, accommodating staffers - We did the three-hour Solheimajokull glacier tour with Troll and had a great time. Let me start by saying we were 10 minutes late for our tour. We were stressed about that and felt terrible, and sure enough our tour had left when we arrived. That was bad for us but in general I like tours that leave on time! Anyway, the remaining staffer called the tour guide and they arranged for the first staffer to outfit us quickly and then take us to a spot where we could meet our guide. We want to thank Troll for the understanding and accommodation. We felt badly being late, and would have felt awful if we had missed out on this experience. We were grateful that this worked out. The glacier tour is super fun. If you think this is just a sheet of ice, it's not. There are all kinds of interesting features, blue ice, fissures, little waterfalls on the side, and lots of history to learn about. We would highly recommend this experience, in particular with Troll.

Glacier Hike - Awesome and Unforgettable Experience! - The Glacier Hike was amazing - so much natural beauty! Tomas was a terrific guide assisting the group and ensuring everyone was safe. Tomas was informative, caring, friendly, and Fun! My brother lost his wallet when he was taking off his jacket, and Tomas contacted him and ensured a safe return of his wallet intact! Service above and beyond! The hike was somewhat challenging for us (we are seniors), but I highly recommend the tour and Troll Expeditions!
