Just do it! - We had a wonderful tour with our guide, Eddie. He was very knowledgeable and funny. The experience was like none other. It’s difficult to describe what we saw. Eddie gave us all the science behind the bioluminescence, but eventually he said “it is a miracle and it’s difficult to explain a miracle.” We have done the tour in kayaks before, but found this way of seeing the bay much better. It’s calmer, quieter, and you can focus on the experience rather than having to focus on maneuvering a kayak in the dark. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

Most memorable experince - Most memorable experience of the whole trip to PR. The driver was so careful that our ride to the boat was not too bumpy. The tour guide on the boat showed us everthing, from the magic glowing thing in the water to fish and the tree of mangrove and even galaxy. Thanks!

Loved it! - Must do! We launched in same spot as kayakers. Because we were on boat we had the added bonus of learning from a very knowledgeable captain. Plenty of parking in lots across from El Blok. You’ll receive a text in the morning with a photo and license plate of the vehicle picking you up. If it rains- don’t cancel! You’ll have the added treat of raindrops hitting the bay!

Amazing experience - It was an incredible experience. The tour guides Eddie and Ora were so knowledgeable, funny, interactive and they just made the experience so much better. I am 7 months pregnant and was able to take the tour safely. Between the stars and the bio bay it was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Glowing review - Exceptional guides who clearly love this bay and how very magically special it is. Loved “ playing” with the water- like glittering fairy dust. Absolute wonder of Nature , not to be missed.

Overall great experience - The bay is amazing! Our guide, Robert, was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Pickup and drop-off were easy. BUT - if you are staying on the north side of the island, make sure you have transportation. When we returned to the pick-up point, we learned that taxi services close at 10 pm. So be aware of that and plan ahead.

Unique Experience - I have always waited to experience Bioluminescence Bay & finally got to do it. We timed our trip to be there at a time of no (new) moon. The van driver successfully navigated the potholes on the road to the bay & was courteous. This road is in desperate need of work. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information, including the mangrove system. We also got to view a lot of stars. It was a very unique experience!

Bad customer service - Ok fist of all this is on an island they don't provide you transportation. The ferry doesn't run after 8pm so you'll be stuck on the island. This is not clear when booking this reservation. They did not give us our money back and we were unable to go because we had no transportation back to our hotel. Or old San juan
