Excellent walking tour - Very good walking tour. Gundi (hopefully spelt correctly) managed to keep our attention for over 2 hours. Well balanced and engaging tour - mixture of facts interspersed with some funny and interesting stories. All delivered clearly and easy to hear despite it being a large group of around 30 people. Fascinating and humorous insights into the Viennese thinking.

A great introduction to Vienna city - We went on the Old Vienna City tour with Caterina as our guide. She was fantastic - thoroughly knowledgeable, amusing and an all round first rate guide. She took us round places we hadn’t seen on our walks round the city; explained their history and educated us. I would recommend taking this tour on the first day of the trip to Vienna. If you’re lucky enough to have Caterina as your guide not only will you see places to visit later but also get cultural and culinary suggestions to follow up .

Great historical walking tour - We did the Prime Tours free walking tour of Vienna with Katharina (we had booked via Sandemans). We were very impressed as the tour lasted over 2 hours with a lot of historical context. Key bits included: 1. Monument agsinst war and fascism 2. View of Staatsopera by Albertina Museum (modern art) and old coffee house/hotel (Hotel Sacher). 3. View of lovely winter palace (Hofburg Palace) of the Habsburgs and general history of the family. 4. Briefly seeing Museum Quarter and Maria-Theresian Platz before going through the archway and Heldenplatz (heroes square) which included the balcony of the Hofburg palace where Hitler famously announced Anschluss. 5. Passed by the Sisi (Empress) museum and then went to Michaelplatz and saw the Spanish Riding School horses, stoped by Neurmarket, learning of food origins, coffee culture including original Frauenhuber, Mozart church (Deutschordenskirche) and ending at the impressive St Stephens Cathedral. Katharina was a witty, open and knowledgable guide who also gave good food tips at the end. A very pleasant experience!

First rate walking tout - I went on the free walking tour of Vienna and it was excellent! Katerina, our guide, was very knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. She made the tour interesting by sharing lots of information about Vienna's history, as well as, current political and social issues. I highly recommend this tour and guide!

The best guide in a long time Angelo - We took the guided tour with Angelo, and it was awesome. With laughter and good vibes, he gave us a good overview of the history of Vienna and its kings and queens, as well as all its monuments. Fully recommended.

Fabulous walking tour at the old city of Vien - We joined a tour with Christina. The tour was fabulous! Kristina was fascinating, guided professionally, with a lot of knowledge about the history of the city, and with a lot of humor. We had a great time and learned a lot about Vienna

Free tour that is not on level because of the excessive number of people in the group - I have done many free tours in Europe and this is one of the worst I have ever done. I don't blame the guide at all. But a tour of 60 people, in which the guide does not carry even a mini speaker makes it very difficult to follow with interest the tour... He missed the explanation at many times... I thought it was a short tour, although I almost appreciated it because it was difficult to follow the explanation correctly. Luckily he had an excellent day, with Sol, but I don't even want to imagine what that explanation would be like if it was raining...
