Amazing - Loved this. Using the virtual reality goggles you travel through viennas underground canals, with Sisi. Then into the ball rooms. Look everywhere and you see everything to furniture, people, etc

Must do attraction in Vienna - Loved this attraction. Virtual reality experience was incredible. Staff very friendly. Followed this by visiting the Time travel experience across the road as well. An exciting way to learn about the history of Vienna and the Royal Family.

For German speakers only. - We would not recommend this attraction. Non German speakers are poorly catered for. We were given goggles that were supposed to be in English and they both didn't work. We then used the German speaking goggles and had no idea what was going on. Poor value for money.

Very dissappointing - The internet promised the tour was available in English and German, but only the VR portion was offered in English. The 20 minute historical movie at the beginning was in German with no subtitles. All of the interesting historical information was in that film. I know some German, but only got about 50%. The VR part was pretty lame, very little dialogue or facts, mostly just a busty Sisi oohing and aahing in a sewer. There was some cool aerial footage over Vienna, but that was the only part of value. Would not recommend to non-fluent German speakers.

Disappointing waste of time and money - It was a very frustrating and quite lame experience. Horrible entry experience. An overcrowded lobby right with people trying to take off and store rain gear in tight space. The name of the place, written in English, gives the impression it caters to English speakers. We enter a mini theatre for a short documentary film. About 3 minutes into the German speaking film, I got up, exited the theatre, and had to go the the front desk to see if there was translation available. The attendant, looking annoyed, walked back toward the theatre and grabbed headsets for us. Nothing was mentioned about their need or availability beforehand. Knowing nothing about Sisi, we pretty much discovered her claim to fame was her fitness routine, preoccupation with fashion/her looks, and that she spent most her time avoiding her role by traveling. It appears She was assassinated during one such abdication of duty. Next came the VR boat ride that again had me tracking down an attendant for English gear. Again, provided begrudgingly and looking annoyed. The “boat ride” had relatively nothing to do with history or any meaningful info about Sisis life. Just an oohing and ahhing actress in a low cut dress sitting in front of you talking about nothing important. Sorry we wasted 45 minutes here.

Not amazing - Nothing exciting. There is a video “ explaining” Sissi’s life that didn’t say anything important. It didn’t almost talk about the history of that time or of what Sissi actually did. Everything was very shallow, except for her diets, that were treated with very much detail but weren’t interesting. The “mysterious tour” through time guided by sissi was of very low quality. Also, some things just didn’t make sense. The only thing I liked was the view from the VR of Vienna from above, but still it had nothing to do with Sissi’s life (but still it’s my favorite thing…).
