Absolutely worth it if you are in Vienna for more than a couple of days - Our 6 day pass was absolutely worth it. We saved a huge amount in admission charges. The hop on hop off bus enabled us to get to things that were further away. We visited everything we wanted to see, plus some things that we might not have chosen to have done, had we needed to pay an entrance fee. We were let down by the bus on one occasion, unfortunately. We had boarded the yellow line bus at Lower Belvedere, with the intention of staying on the bus all the way to the Schonbrunn. The bus stopped at the Opera and a lot of people got on. At that point it changed its route from yellow to blue, but no announcement about this was made until the bus was about to depart. Passengers who were already on the bus should have been informed about the change - the driver was apologetic but it was annoying because whilst we were sitting on the bus, another Yellow bus departed, which we missed and then faced a wait of 25 minutes (we got the train instead!).

Do as a family! - We had bought the pass for 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years. Good deal for us! Unlimited access to all museums and churches (at the Schloss for max €9 p.p. extension purchased. Recommended!). The use of the hop on hop off bus is also very nice. Especially since there are 4 lines running! We saved a lot of money because of this pass. Definitely recommended!

Great way to see Vienna - A great way to visit a lot of the attractions in Vienna especially if you have limited time. You still need to reserve tickets for a few places (Schönbrunn, Opera tour, Spanish Riding School), but it is so easy to just show the pass and enter everywhere you want. Some places you can skip the lines but not all of them. I probably saw 10 more museums that I was planning to just because I have the pass and it was so easy to get in. So great to skip the line in many places. However the pass does not cover everything or the best options. For example the cruise is only on the Canal and does not get on Danube. Also at Schönbrunn, it covers the State Apartments (smallest tour) , but you can pay the different and get the full tour - which is what you want. I wish I had more time to visit everything.

Convenient with frequent stops - Good service and convenient. My only complaint is the traffic in Vienna which is maddening. The bus could use some charging outlets but it was clean and comfortable.

An Invaluable Hassel free way to enjoy Vienna - We purchased a Vienna pass for 3 days prior to arrival in the city. I read a bit of the guide you obtain prior to visiting, and it helped make the best use of your time, particularly knowing whish bus or U Bann to take and which station to get off. you can purchase a 1 day, 2 day or 3 day or 6 day pass, but felt a 4 or 5 day pass should have also been available. We found 3 days gave us a decent period of time for getting to see the venues that we were interested in visiting. The Vienna pass was hassle free, no need to pay entrance fees at each location. The Ubann day pass at 8 euros each greatly eased travelling.

I don't have to. - We had the passport for 3 days. The bus had to be searched first.Despite flyers with times the stops were not immediately to find the. We always found the Bug Bus. Tracking doesn't work any more than storing it in the wallet. We walked from the hotel to the Belvedere and nobody could tell us where the bus stops. Walked up to the opera and asked the competition. Then finally found. It's informative when you're in it, but too time-consuming as a transport from a to b. The tour by ship we would not have done without a passport and is not worth the price. Time slot at various museums is not possible at all and is not feasible in time if it is not possible to reserve online. Fast lane doesn't always work either. You couldn't get to the tower of the cathedral. (Should be included in the attractions) You cannot load the pass into the wallet (iOS ). Bottom line: you can do it, you don't have to. I would take a ticket for public transport and walk or drive to anything specifically. Many reviews write the same thing. Should take the operator to heart instead of posting repeated AI responses.

Pass itself worth the money, busses waste of time - The pass is good value, though you still have to book ahead for some attractions. Busses only run about 6 hours per day, infrequent and don't always turn up. Better value is to buy a tram pass, much more frequent, loads of routes and they travel boths ways.

Waste of money - I honestly feel scammed. I’ve just left my second location where I would have to pay extra for a tour or what would be considered the essential experience. I feel like I wasted $200 and now I’ll have to pay even more at every site. I’m furious. I’m traveling solo and trying my best to do things frugally, and I this makes me feel like I can’t do anything right.

Scam!!! - No use! I sent an email before booking the pass to make sure that I didn't have to book slots in advance and that I could do whatever I wanted to visit. I was told yes, but you have to come early to get your tickets for Schönbrunn Castle for example. As I did result no visit available either for the castle or for the museum of Sisi, I have to wait Sunday for a visit while we are Thursday. I try again on Friday and surprise, we have to wait until Sunday. But I'm not here on Sunday. I called Thursday night and Friday morning Vienna Pass and Thursday night I'm told don't worry, you'll have entrances. Friday I'm told ma'am had to plan. Sorry, but I can't come four days early for a slot. Great anything!!! A scam!!! To flee!!!

Avoid Vienna Pass - Too expensive, I paid more than the value of the 6 days pass I purchased, I did not receive senior discount I had for tickets. It did not save me the long queues for time slot tickets (Shenbron Palace, Sis Musuem) It is limited and made me pay more to get acceptable service (Standing tickets only for Spanish Riding School, Part of Shenbron Palace Day ride only in Hop-On Hope-Off). There were no available timeslots in Sisi museum. Withe Vienna Pass I could reserve a timeslot only for the next day. Timeslot for the day after was available only with pid tickets. Premium price for low level product, Don't use it.
