Additional Information
The Flexi PASS lets you select your personalized multi-attraction exploration bundle for Vienna. You can pick either 2, 3, 4 or 5 experiences from an extensive list of over 40 notable Vienna sights and attractions. Get complimentary entry to celebrated attractions like the Giant Ferris Wheel, the Spanish Riding School, the Vienna State Opera House guided tour, the Belvedere Palace, the Schönbrunn Palace Grand Tour & Zoo, the Danube Tower, and many others. Traverse the city at your own pace - your Flexi PASS remains valid for 60 days once triggered at a sight or on the hop on hop off bus.
Be aware that each attraction or sight can only be visited once with your pass.

Do take note that our service center is now open from Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Please note that you can only exchange your Vienna FLEXI Pass voucher to your actual Vienna FLEXI Pass in our Vienna Sightseeing & Vienna PASS Service Center opposite the Vienna State Opera (Operngasse 3-5).
- The person collecting the pass must be the person for whom the pass was purchased. Please bring an official photo ID with you.
- You are welcome to purchase a Vienna FLEXI Pass as a gift: To do so, simply add the desired product to the shopping cart and make sure that the pass is issued to the person who will use it.
- Our service center is currently open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Definitely worth the purchase - We bought the pass with 5 uses, the skip the line at museums was great and we used all 5 options in 3 days.
The team at the office, opposite the Opera House were friendly and Informative when we picked up our tickets. Worth the money for us as a family of 4.

Sightseeing made easy - Very easy way to see many of Viennas sights , just pick up our pass , in our local pick up point with very helpful and informative staff and started sightseeing, no stress no queue no bother!

Great Value - We had a very enjoyable experience using the FlexiPass across 5 venues. Easy to pick up the pass near the Opera (we booked in advance). Hop On Hop Off bus is run by the Vienna Sightseeing company behind the FlexiPass and so worth it as one of the options. We also used the FlexiPass seamlessly at the Belvedere, State Opera Tour, and the Sisi Museum at the Hofburg.

Flexi pass is useful choice for few visits in Vienna - I bought the flexi pass with 4 visits for 2 people. We used it to visit Albertina (fabulous), used the 24-hour hop on hop off buses and the 3 routes blue, red and yellow (very useful) , the Natural History Museum (it was nice) and the Schnonbrunn Palace (the garden was amazing). This card is advantageous if you want to visit a few places and reduce the cost (~ 30-35% less).

Highly Recommend - This is well needed in Vienna. It makes all the difference as you can skip certain queues, it has the majority of sites and it is cheaper than if you were to pay for them all yourself. Recommend this highly for your trip to Vienna!

A day in Vienna - Pretty good deal but worth comparing to ticket prices of the places you choose to visit as sometimes this can be more expensive. Possible to do 3 places max per day only. Some inclusions are not that interesting, Zoo, Palace and Leopold as are a must visit.

Good value and most places were accommodating - The pass is great nut the Spanush Riding School could improve their entry system. Had to queue and then told we had to exchange pass for tickets. all quite frustrating.

Be prudent with its use - I bought a vienna flexi pass from the information centre near Albertina. The sales staff doesn’t explain you properly how to use this and compare it with other pass.
Would’ve used it better with some guidance/ tips.( I say this comparison with the Prague city pass, for which I was guided sufficiently and did not waste my money)
With this pass, I wasted my money, more so because the staff at hop on hop off bus cheated me for their ticket!!z
Buy this pass only if you are ‘very’ sure of your schedule and visit. If you are going to change, you may end up losing euros on this, with no help from the sales staff

not worth it! - we got the 4 visits pass, we really had to do our sums to get any value from this pass and even then managed to save only a few euros... conclusion...not worth it! another tip avoid the danube cruise at all cost, it was one of the more expensive "visit" on the pass but a total waste of time.

Don’t waste your money - We purchased the multi-pass before out trip but at the sites we realized most still require you to wait in line to get a printed ticket. So not sure what value this provides. Also at Hofburg the tickets did not work and they sent us to the main Vienna Pass office. We spent way too much time trying to determine why the pass did not work on the attraction scanners. Since you need to wait in line anyways just purchase at the site directly.
