Beautiful evening bike ride - Time of the bike tour was very favorable. 5:30 p.m. The first part is in the busier evening rush hour but that goes fine. Good explanation of the history of the buildings. Plenty of time to take pictures yourself

Brilliant - Ute was our guide and she was absolutely fantastic. She had a real depth of knowledge and a passion for the city and explained everything so well. She was also very kind and was careful not to lose us at traffic lights and brilliant with suggestions about eating out and pointed out experiences we shouldn’t miss while we are here . I cannot recommend her enough

Horst....Best tour guide ever! - Our family had a private tour with our amazing guide Horst. He is everything you'd want from a guide, organized, knowledgeable, humorous, and full of positive energy. We thoroughly enjoyed our three hour ride and learned a lot about the history and culture. He also gave us some very wonderful tips about restaurants, cafés, and museums etc. Thank you Horst! Katy

Amazing Bike Tour - Horst - The bike ride was absolutely amazing. This was attributed to our amazing guide Horst, who was a human encyclopedia. He knew everything and presented the information in a clear and interesting way while incorporating humour. If you get Horst as your guide, you will have an amazing bike tour in Vienna!

FLEXIBILITY GREATLY APPRICIATED!!!!! - Prior to leaving home, we scheduled a Vienna bike trip with Viatour through Pedalpower at Bosendorferstr. 5 in the first district. Unfortunately, April 18 dawned with very rainy, cold and blustery conditions. No one in their right mind would have wanted to ride a bike in that weather. Due to the 24-hour refund policy, we knew a refund was out of the question. (this refund policy exists because they pay the tour guides 24-hours in advance.) We thus showed up at the shop and asked if we could do our tour through other means, such as Vienna’s amazing public transit system. Pedalpower was instantly open to the idea. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated. They introduced us to our tour guide, Manuela, who took us on an amazing tour of several of the sights of Vienna. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. Manuela’s knowledge of the Hapsburg Monarchy, Vienna’s history and the architectural elements of the City was superb. We learned a lot about the City and Manuela gave us lots of ideas for off the beaten path things to do during our stay in Vienna. We are so appreciative of Pedalpower and Manuela. If you are looking to tour the city, Pedalpower is worth your consideration. You can’t go wrong!!!

An efficient and fun way to get around and see some of the major sites - Loved this interesting take on Vienna - even though we were a biggish group everyone was looked after well and we all got to see and hear the explanations. As a solo it was an easy way to spend time with others as well as see the city. Guide was clear and informative and really glad I dipped into Vienna's life this way. Will definitely be back for more!

Great tour with Horst - We loved this as our last activity on a Sunday morning before catching a flight home (it fitted perfectly with our timings!). Horst was a great guide - entertaining and interesting and the tour went at a good pace. It was an easy cycle (we were two adults and two children age 12/14) and Horst made sure to wait for the group when needed. Would recommend.

Vienna city bike tour - We enjoyed the bike tour around Vienna. Our guide was very knowledgeable but he was often difficult to hear as the city is busy and we were a large group of 15 people. A smaller group would have been much better as people had many questions and we had to wait for the large group to get through traffic lights. The bikes were comfortable and well maintained.

The guide wasn’t great -... - The guide wasn’t great - she didn’t explain to use bikes, would keep on riding without caring if the whole group made it. I wouldn’t post this review but I spoke to others in the group and everyone was pissed because safety was a real issue, and you need someone to guide you when you’re riding and the guide didn’t do a good job at that.
