Highlights
  • Albertina Museum, Hotel Sacher, Opera, Albertina Square has a deep-rooted history, housing globally renowned landmarks.
  • The Academy of Fine Arts, famously known for rejecting Adolf Hitler as a student.
  • Secession & Naschmarkt

The exhibition space of such reputed artists as Josef Hoffman, Koloman Moser, Otto Wagner, and Gustav Klimt is an iconic representation of Art Nouveau. The cityscape has been influenced for over a century by the Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest open-air market.

  • A primary traffic intersection of the city is not only captivating with its art nouveau pavilions but also with the baroque Karlskirche, the Musikverein which annually hosts the famous New Year’s concert, and numerous other impressive structures.

  • The most trendsetting hotel in the town. The guest list resembles a Who’s Who directory. State guests are lodged here. The most extraordinary stay was undoubtedly Queen Elizabeth’s. She couldn’t sleep in a bed previously used by ‘normal’ individuals. Hence, one of Empress Sisi’s beds was promptly brought over from the museum! By the way… the Sacher Torte may be renowned, but the Imperial Torte outshines it! :-)

Additional Information

Don’t be misled by the title. A budget tour in cost, though not in experience. It’s not a private event, but also not a guide screaming instructions at a group of fifty amidst heavy traffic. You’ll be provided with cutting-edge audio technology. Indeed, it is the ‘Ultimate’ tour; as you will witness nearly all the key attractions of the Inner City. You will now savour the tram journey on the ‘Ringstraße,’ the way regular Viennese locals do.
Vienna, the ancient European hub of Music, Art, and Gastronomy, is a dynamic museum. Track the trail of famous emperors and artists and explore the prime sites of the old town.
We start the tour at Albertina, proceed to the Opera, and finish at one of the tour’s key attractions: the Academy of Fine Arts, where Adolf Hitler didn’t make it as a student.
This is not a history lecture! Rather, it’s a pocket-friendly, exciting, and enlightening tour.
Put your faith in us - we’re determined to help craft unforgettable memories that will be etched in your mind forever!

  • Our tours takes 2 hours. Please wear proper shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. Take with you water, sun blocker, rain coat or umbrella – Vienna’s weather might be tricky

It was just great - Michael had a lot of knowledge and explained everything very well and vividly. The program was also very varied. Sometimes you were outside, sometimes you were inside the museum. Great!

Historical center with Christina - The tour with the guide Christina was a complete success, even if the Viennese wind shook us strongly at times. Very interesting facts, garnished with amusing anecdotes and funny ones, e.g. T. ironic comments. Her "Viennese insult", if that's what it was, never sounded artificial or touristy. As I said, the tour was great all around, and Christina's way of presenting it could certainly be a tip for student groups.

Good but need to update description of tour - Enjoyed the tour but wasn't what we were expecting. The description of the tour did not match the experience. The experience was good but we missed out on seeing some of the things we were expecting to see. Great guide and very knowledgeable. Understand that this tour has recently been updated but then the description needs to match the experience.

NOTHING RECOMMENDED - The worst free tour of our lives, there were 70 of us and we didn't know anything. All horrible and not recommended. The company had a free tour in English and Spanish. There were Spaniards who took English and all got into Spanish. Very bad organization. We contacted the company to complain and they blocked us.
