Good activity - It was a good break with tired children. Person at reception was very kind and helpful.

Not relaxing. And definitely not as luxurious as the price tag suggested - This spa is not worth the hefty price tag. We got the couple’s day pass which included ‚pralines‘ and a cocktail. We could not choose the cocktail and the pralines were cheap supermarket chocolates.
The staff at the spa reception took about 5 minutes to even look up and acknowledge us. The bathrobe I got was ripped and was not folded but pretty much tossed over the counter.
The pool was not very warm and the poolside didn’t get cleaned while we were there. Imagine used wet napkins on the tables… The final straw was when the family of 4 arrived. The father and sons were super loud in the pool while the mom cleaned her toenails poolside.
At least the massage was good.
