- Skip-the-line tickets to Hofburg include timed entry so you don’t have to wait in line for your tickets. Admission is for the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments.
- Be aware that the corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, so you will need to stay close to the guide.
- Admission to the Gardens is for free parts of the courtyards, Heldenplatz and Burggarten. In case of extreme weather conditions, visiting the outdoor areas may be restricted but the tour will continue as planned. The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour. The gardens are most beautiful in spring, summer & autumn.

Perfect time! - There is so much to take in! Be prepared ! Gabby our Guide was so nice, took her time, and explained to the entire group all unique things. It helped keep the group aligned and entertained! She was funny and knew so much. We appreciated her insight!

Alex is true professional—very thorough and organized - Alex provided a well-organized tour. He was very generous in his detailed descriptions and stories. He was able to put information into a chronological order, which really helped with understanding the people involved and the historical settings.

Great Guide. Museum too crowded - Our guide Alexander was amazing. He was so passionate about the stories he shared and was a wealth of Austrian history. Nothing he did was scripted. He knew his stuff. My only complaint was that the museum was wall to wall people which made me very uncomfortable, even with an assigned entry time for our group. The groups were not really spread out. No surprise, two days later, I tested positive for Covid. Not a fun way to finish vacation.

Frustrating. Couldn't find guide. Asked several people if they were guide took picture of the meet area. Refund please. - Not finding tour guide. After meet time walked around to try find guide. No success. It was supposed to b our last tour in Vienna since we leave following day. Refund please.

Uncomfortable and not worth white tour - We had a difficult and disappointing tour of the Sisi Museum because of the large number of people that are forced into very small space. We were shoulder to shoulder to chest to butt with other tour groups pushing through our group. As a result, it was very uncomfortable being physically touched so extensively and bumped around. Also, there was no way to see what are guide was talking about. The outside tour was good.
