There is no luggage storage for extra clothing, umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, scooters, etc. Pets are not allowed.
Skip-the-line tickets to Schonbrunn Palace include timed entry so you don’t have to wait in line for your tickets. Headsets will be provided for groups of 10+ people inside the palace.
Admission to Schonbrunn Gardens is for free parts only. In case of extreme weather conditions, visiting the outdoor areas may be restricted but the tour will continue as planned.
There is no Sisi exhibition in Schonbrunn, book our Hofburg tour.
The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour. The gardens are most beautiful in spring, summer & autumn.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience with wonderful guide! - What an amazing experience! Our guide Max was kind, attentive & extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Hapsburgs & the palace. I was enthralled by the opulent beauty of the Baroque paintings, mural’s & tapestries of Schonbrunn. Visiting the Easter market in the palace grounds was a bonus & I enjoyed delicious hot chocolate with rum. Highly recommended during a visit to Vienna!

Great tour of the palace and tye gardens - Our tour guide was very well informed and explained the highlights within the historical context very effectively. He was able to keep a fairly large group together and was patient taking us through the palace. We also enjoyed the stories in the manicured gardens and fountains. Had a great time.
