Constructed and finished by 1737, the Karlskirche is where the Venetian maestro Antonio Vivaldi spent his last days, passing away on July 28, 1741, and finding his resting place a short distance away. Soak up the ambiance as you listen to a unique rendition of Vivaldi’s celebrated and groundbreaking work, played by Orchestra 1756 on instruments from the period within this aura-filled, genuine environment.
