Crown Jewels at the Museum - Enjoyed the exhibit and the fine clothing. Especially the embroidery. The jewels were very nice but nothing compared to the collection at London Tower.

Meh! - It was very nice, but there were more capes and cloaks then there were jewels and I was comparing the jewels to the Crown jewels of England. No comparison. But I’m glad I got to see them.

The Imperial Treasury was... - The Imperial Treasury was truly an amazing collection and well worth the visit. So many items to see we had a pick our favorites as our time was limited. Could easily spend the better half of a day here. Would have given this 5 stars however our tickets did not scan so we had to get in line to exchange them for a paper ticket. Not a problem just an unexpected issue. I would have gotten in line as soon as we arrived as the line was short however by the time we realized they didn’t work the line was somewhat long.

Lots of Robes - Not So Many Jewels - I love jewelry from all time periods and have seen some amazing pieces around the world. I was expecting some exciting bling from such a long reigning family, but it was mostly ceremonial robes & religious relics. A couple amazing crowns but no personal period jewelry of the family etc. At least one display of women’s items would be warranted. Hard to find but quick to get in. 16 euros for adults/12 euros for seniors. Storage lockers provided for backpacks, it cost a euro, but you get it back when you put the key back in the lock. If you’ve got nothing else to do, it’s a good look around. But I saw more interesting things at the Dorotheum Auction House about two blocks away!

Too bad, I was hoping for better - A little disappointed by this museum from which I expected a lot regarding the royal treasures. Far too many religious objects in my opinion and not enough about royalty itself. A little expensive, 15€ per person, quick visit, 1 hour is enough without audio guide. On the other hand, if you want to do this museum as well as the museum of imperial carriages, there is a combined ticket for €24, therefore more economical than 2 separate entries.

Easy to enter, long way to visit - Interesting and long way to visit all dresses and jewels. There is no queueing to get entrance ticket. The entrance is hidden when being in the square.

Almost worthless - The voucher purchased online didn’t permit entry. We still needed to wait in line to exchange our vouchers for tickets. But we did have a guaranteed entry, which is why we give it two stars.

SKIP the LINE ~ I don't think so!!!! - Once in the exhibition it was most interesting. The getting in was not as smooth, as one would have hoped. The ticket was recognized by the staff, but not by the scanner. So there was a lot of queuing involved to sort out this problem.

Skip the Line ticket not valid - Skip the line ticket received was not accepted at the museum. Barcode did not register. Had to join standard ticket queue to get exchange. 45 minutes wasted.

Not Skip The Line! - This is the slowest way to visit the Imperial Treasury. The "ticket" that is issued by Viator is only a voucher for the ticket you need to enter. You are not skipping the ticket line. It's actually much worse, because you have to stand in the regular ticket line, explain where you bought your voucher, wait for a supervisor to intervene, and then, finally, you have a ticket. To make matters worse, you are paying more than the standard ticket price. This is a borderline scam.
