A great place to eat - Lovely restaurant in a good location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Would recommend eating here.

Bita you rock hard - Bita was a lovely host. Food was so nice fresh and hot. Great service. Made sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and would return again.

A Hard Rock to use - Young Service, very nice food is standard and the good thing is that they have gluten options Free for everyone a very open option in the center of Vienna and recommended

Overall recommended - As a Hard Rock Café fan for over 30 years and visit all over the world, Vienna must not be missed. The feeling is not quite like in Miami but we felt very comfortable. The burgers lack pep, which means they lack any spice. Medium ordered and well done served is a shame. Service was great. Overall, a visit to a Hard Rock Café is still recommended

Wouldn't go anymore there are enough other restaurants of this kind. - The service was very good. The spicy shrimp were quite small enough as a starter. The steak was medium rare fried as ordered. The last quarter, however, unfortunately, drenched with tendons and not edible. The potato hive rather a sticky something. The beans too raw for me I don't like it when they crack at dinner.

Food good but service diabolical - The food was what we expected from a Hard Rock Cafe but the service was diabolical. We were seated quickly and the drinks arrived in reasonable time, the main cause arrived in about 30 minutes but after that it took nearly 45 minutes to get our dessert, firstly because you couldn't get a member of staff who's job it was and then was told by another member of staff it had been ordered and it still took another 15 minutes after that. The people on the next table were going to leave as they had waited 30 minutes for drinks after they hadn't finished their meal and as they were putting their coats on the waiter rushed over with their drinks so they sat down. I was then asked did I want to give a service charge and in my opinion no, not if you haven't received good service. There seems to be quite a few staff actually doing nothing.

Poor service and awful customer service - Ordering food was very rushed by waitress Maria and our food came out however one persons food was over 10 minutes late arriving they ate on there own. We wasn’t happy about this service so complained to manager. Manager spoke to us and said this is normal service as they wouldn’t like our food to get cold and would rather eat as soon as ready - not eat all together like all restaurant follow. When explained to manager they didn’t like our feedback. Waitress Maria came over to our table asking what the issue was and was quite rude and intimidating, at this point we asked her to leave however didn’t want to and was arguing with us. Once Maria left the table with our half eaten plates she dropped them in front of us and stormed off - such poor service!! After this we just wanted to leave and paid the bill at the main bar, Maria then came over and accused us of stealing a hurricane glass even though we didn’t - shocking customer service!!! Wouldn’t recommend
