Great time! - Absolutely loved our waiter, Nicola! He was devine. Gave us extra special attention. I could tell this was just who he was. Hard Rock is lucky to have him. PS the food was awesome...but you know that😉

10/10 for us! Would recommend - Staff were very accommodating of our needs and ensured that we had a good time. We had the diamond menu which was excellent value for money! The vegetarian option was good and staff were very careful with making sure we didn’t have anything that we were allergic to. Good vibes and good people. Loved it and will definitely be going back!

Standard Hard Rock in the Heart of Venice - Stopped for a drink on a Saturday afternoon. It’s located in a really busy part of Venice so we were surprised to get a table. We were seated downstairs in the bar area. It’s a standard Hard Rock, plenty of cocktails to choose from and also plenty of helpful staff around. Little bit on the expensive side, but then you are paying for the brand. Definitely worth a visit.

Good food, disinterested service - The food was really good, the service was not so good. Once the wait staff realized we were the prepaid group menu they seemed to have very little interest in us.

Poor - The starter was a choice between salad or onion rings, the main course was an ok choice but tasted terrible. The waiter we had was great but when he was done with his shift we had no one I) check it’s ok II) take our food away III) give us dessert menus.
