Vienna 101 - We had a fabulous time walking and learning about Vienna, Austria with Attila! He was humorous and full of stories about everywhere we visited. Vienna is a lovely, friendly city with so much to do to really get a feeling for the culture and rich history. We had a delicious Austrian meal at a quaint but popular spot. We didn't feel rushed but would have liked a bit more time for back and forth discussion. All in all, a most excellent day!

Very good day tour from Budapest. Highly recommend! - We had a great time with our guide, Attila. He was a very safe, excellent driver and made me feel at ease getting us to Vienna with my 7 year old in the van. He was very informative and talked just enough but not too much where the information was overwhelming. He did not rush us at all and was very patient with my daughter chasing birds lol. We highly recommend this tour and appreciate our guide!

Excellent Day Trip from Budapest to Vienna - Our guides Thomas and Edith picked us up promptly at 7 AM from our hotel for our day trip from Budapest to Vienna. It’s roughly a 3 Hour drive by car. Upon arriving in Vienna, our first stop was at the Summer Palace for a tour of the palace and the grounds, then onto Market Square for a quick look around the Christmas market. Afterwards, we toured several churches then had a nice lunch followed by more sightseeing. Thomas and Edith definitely went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile. I highly recommend this trip. Thank you Thomas and Edith for a fantastic day-trip!

Quick jaunt to VIenna - This was a one-day mostly walking tour of Vienna set in between 3 hour drive there and back from Budapest. The tour of the Hapsburg summer palace was well done and followed by a delicious Wiener schnitzel lunch at a local diner (tasty Austrian beer included). We then continued to the downtown area for a 2 hour tour on foot of the exterior of parliament buildings, Hapsburg winter palace and ancient churches. The area also has many high end shops if you are interested in shopping. Our guide Attila is very good driver handling the highways and downtown areas equally well. His knowledge of the history of this historic city was appreciated.

Travel in Hungary - Travel in Hungary Unitre opens the new year 2024/25 with a trip abroad, this time to Hungary, to visit its capital, Budapest, from 8 to 12 October. The city consists of two distinct parts: Buda (on the right bank of the Danube) and Pest (on the left bank), and its name is a combination of the two. The decision to visit mainly the capital allows us to stay for 4 days in the same hotel, the HOTEL EXE BUDAPEST CENTER, a modern structure built on the site of an impressive Soviet-era building. Completely renovated, the hotel offers a large interior patio, overlooked by many of the rooms, ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The stay in such a comfortable place allowed the group of participants to visit the city without haste and., before departure, to also visit the surroundings, which include fascinating places such as the Danube Bend and Gödöllő Castle. The city, located on both banks of the Danube, connects its two parts, Buda and Pest, with impressive bridges, including the famous “Chain Bridge”. This bridge, beloved by tourists, invites you to be crossed on foot to admire the beauty of its decorations. There are many places in the city that are worth a visit and that arouse wonder, such as the beautiful Parliament Building, Buda Castle, thermal baths, the Great Basilica of St. Stephen and the Synagogue. On the third day, in the evening, a cruise on the Danube with dinner and show allows us to admire the main monuments of the Hungarian capital from an unusual perspective, highlighting all its charm. Needless to say, the satisfaction was great and that, once again, we can only be happy with a journey that enriched our minds, allowing us to enjoy so much beauty and magnificence. ________________________________________
