Highlights
- Praça do Vidigal - Upon reaching Praça do Vidigal, we’ll utilize local and secure transportation to get to the trailhead.
We’ll embark on the trail, which is clearly marked and offers us the opportunity to appreciate the indigenous plant and animal life. Along the way, we’ll encounter several scenic overlooks that provide stunning vistas.
As we proceed, I’ll be sharing insights and tales about the local area.
Following roughly an hour’s hike, we’ll be rewarded with the city’s most spectacular panorama, featuring iconic landmarks such as Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf, Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, and the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana, as well as the entire southern zone.
All that’s left is to take in this magnificent view.

Awesome day at two brothers - Had so much fun on this hike! Rodrigo is really easy going and it feels like you’re with a friend. He’s patient and gets all the good photos for you too! I would definitely recommend if you’re in Rio to do any hikes with him!

My first day as an Indian - It was a renewing experience with a great exchange of experiences and light, relaxed conversation. I was very happy to have made this last minute decision as it made my visit to Rio much more special. In addition to being very courteous and professional, he is also a great photographer. I was alone, besides having an incredible day, I was left with the most iconic photos to remember!
An Indian day to cherish for eternity!

Great Experience - It is a trip that is very worth it! I like hiking because of the contact with Nature and the feeling of “completing the mission”, and what a mission! In my humble individual experience, I consider this trail to be an intermediate level. I had been sedentary for about 4 months due to health problems. I managed to complete it, but it wasn't easy. For those who have joint problems (knees mainly), I suggest caution. Rodrigo is an excellent guide, he knows the place a lot, tells several interesting stories, takes wonderful photos and makes the walk easier. I felt extremely safe with him, and he had the tact to understand the group's rhythm and made us feel free to ask for breaks along the way. I highly recommend the tour and I intend to do other trails and tours with Rodrigo on future visits to Rio de Janeiro.

Perfect guide - Rodrigo was a great guide for our hike to two brothers peak. We highly recommend him to everyone and will be referring him to anyone we know who will be visiting Rio in the future. Hopefully we will meet up with him again some day.

Great hike! - Rodrigo was an amazing guide! He let us request a different time to go, and then was super nice when we were late because we had a hard time getting an Uber. He helps you secure a motorbike ride through the favela to the beginning of the hike, and then takes you up to the summit and back down again. After, we walked with him to a tasty açaí place. He took lots of photos and was just fun to chat with! I would highly recommend booking with him!

Great hike - Best tour guide of all time! Rodrigo was a pleasure to adventure with! He took many photos of us, recommended a lot of other things to do, and brought us to an amazing açaí place.

AMAZING VIEWS, DOABLE (for “non-hikers”), and FRIENDLY GUIDE - Rodrigo was a great guide. The road that our Uber originally took was closed which caused many of us to be late. Fortunately, Rodrigo was super patient and had a “no big deal” attitude. His English was very good, he learns from his fiance who is from the US!
The hike itself was beautiful — mostly in the trees but several viewpoints throughout. Don’t worry if you hike solo, Rodrigo is there to take any photos you may want! In fact, he insisted. 😁
The motorcycle ride up was so much fun, my wife and I had a great time.
If I could rank Rodrigo & this hike higher than 5… it’d get a 10. Must do when in Rio!

Great time at Dois Irmãos! - Rodrigo’s tour to Dois Irmãos was great. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I considered going alone but that would have been a big mistake. I’m glad I went with Rodrigo and his group. Valeuu Rodrigo!!
