Our staff meet arriving passengers in the arrival hall of the airport.
Once cleared through immigration and customs, you are escorted to the helicopters and assisted on-board.
We ask departing passengers to be in the departure area of the airport a minimum of 15 minutes before your helicopter is due to take off.

As we veer towards the Falls from the Batoka Gorges, a sneak peek of the falls is a thrilling aspect of our flight. We make several rotations to ensure everyone gets a comprehensive view of the Falls. Returning to the helipad, we have a good opportunity to spot wildlife including Elephants, Hippos, Crocodiles, Buffalos, Giraffes, Kudus and much more.
