A "Whale" of a good time! - It was a great experience. The crew (Reid, Michael and Richard) were fantastic. They answered all of our questions and provided information on the whales and the area's waters. They made great effort to locate the whales and provide maximum viewing time within the time frame of the excursion. Our boat, Ocean Magic, was comfortable and gave us a good platform for viewing the whales. It was a great afternoon on the water.

Great boattrip and very friendly guys. - Our crew were naturalists Reid and Michael and they were both super! They informed us of the safety instructies, but more imported they continiously informed us of where to look for the whales. It was a pleasant boattrip thanks to captain Richard. Afterwards we received great pictures of what we had seen during the trip.Prince of whales is to be recommended.

First-class outfit - Excellent half-day whale watching excursion with naturalists Michael and Reid, and captain Richard on the Ocean Magic vessel. Saw several humpbacks and orcas. The crew was friendly, insightful, and enthusiastic about their work.

Brilliant experience - We had such a great trip with Prince of Whales (we regularly use them when we're in BC). The crew were fab, working really hard to ensure we could see the animals we wanted, whilst keeping us and the animals safe. The naturalists were knowledgeable and entertaining. Special shout out to Sandy, Reid, Francois and Michael - awesome!

Strongly recommend! - Strongly recommend – we had an amazing experience, including two different orca pods on both sides of the boat. Extra bonus is they take professional pictures of the sightings and email them to you as part of the package. Shout out to both Michael and Maddie for a great job the whole trip!

Folks if you visit Victoria, BC include Whale Watching aboard the Salish on your bucket list. - We had a wonderful day aboard the Salish Sea Catamaran. The Captain and crew promised us we would find whale activity on our trip and they kept their promise. This was a life experience; never to be forgotten. The crew educated us on a Humpback Whale and her calf as thorough the crew knew her. Anyone could tell they care about the whales habitat and environment. Hats off to the entire crew of the Salish.

Highly recommended - possibly the best whale watching tour out there - Honestly one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced! I was expecting to see a couple of whales in the distance which would have been great, but I was super glad to be wrong. We approached a group of humpbacks and settled in at a distance. Some stayed a while, the moved off but one mother and calf stayed behind and even approached the boat! The calf splashed around for a while, then we got some excellent views of the calf breaching while the mother swam alongside. We also saw seals, sea lions, sea otters and an eagle - but the whales definitely stole the show. The staff on board were all great, in particular the woman who gave the safety briefing at the start which was pretty funny (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) that ensured everyone gave her their full attention. It was so amazing that when I returned to the mainland I immediately booked another trip leaving from Vancouver - which I'll leave another glowing review for shortly.
