Great food, great stories - Wonderful experience. Jo did an amazing job with the tour overall, putting in personal experiences and stories among the details about the food spots and just the city in general. Highly recommended.

The hot chocolate at the end was to die for, went back afterwards for another one! - We were taken to places to eat where the locals go, tasty food, rounded off with sweet treats to die for. Brenda, our guide was chatty and knowledgeable, we met up at around 2.30 pm and didn’t need an evening meal.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G 🥐🍫🌮🍷🍕🌭 - Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. Brenda our guide was just amazing! We packed in a lot. Got a little taste of everything, all the while Brenda gave us so much history about Victoria and about each of the shops we visited. We will definitely go back to visit some of the shops. Korean hotdog fried in fluffy donut batter was a HUGE hit with everyone. Unexpectedly delicious and 🤯🤯. Brenda is witty, chalked full of personality and just down right kind👏🏼👏🏼

Local food insider’s tour - Julie was an excellent guide. We hit quite a few places to eat and drink and got a little tour out of passing by the government buildings and the Empress Hotel. All told, it was a fun and food filled experience.

AJ made our afternoon. - It was a quiet day so my husband and I were the only ones on the tour. AJ was knowledgeable, animated and passionate about his city and its history and culinary offerings. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful hosts and a fun time - Jo was one of the friendliest people ever and started the tour off on a high note. Ben was gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable. He held everyone's attention and was great about answering any questions that we had. All of the places that we stopped at were friendly. My only critique, if there is one, is that I found that too much of the food were desserts. I, personally, am not at all a fan of sugar and I would have really liked to have seen some more savoury aspects along the way. Everything that we did try was really good, though. We even received a discount booklet to most of the places that we visited and even for some other local businesses that were not on our tour. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Interesting and delicious - What a perfect tour. Ben was a knowledgeable and interesting guide. The stops we made were delicious. After the tour we took advantage of the discount card and revisited several of the shops.

Plenty to Eat - Brenda, our tour guide, was knowledgeable about the variety of food offerings. She was engaging, talkative and had a sense of humor. There was more than enough to eat and she gave us many recommendations on other good places to eat. We, however, had expected the tour to have much more information and storytelling about the city’s history. That is my only recommendation. Overall, it was an enjoyable 2 hours and we met some very nice people. Carol from Washington

nice, not thrilling - Nice to do. You take a walk with a guide and then visit about 6-7 eateries to taste something and sometimes hear about the place. Nice concept and you walk through the city for a good first impression. I expected more tourist information and found the order a bit strange. Everything was tasty, but the order of wine-hotdog-croissant-taco seems a bit unusual.
