Above and beyond service - B was a great guide and the pilot navigated rough seas well. Great trip. B even called us later to make us aware of the weather warning!

Epic Iceland Tour - This was the best tour that we have done in Iceland. The stories that B (our guide) shared about life on their island were touching and beautiful. The stunning views around the islands were epic. And the music that was chosen was perfectly timed to the caves that we toured. It wasn’t a perfect day for weather and it didn’t matter. Vestmannaeyjar will have a special place in our memories forever.

Great experience! - We had a great experience on this tour!! We booked the 2 hour tour but the weather wasn’t cooperative so it got cancelled. They got us on a 1 hour tour at the same time so we still got to go. The tour guide was great and it was so cool to see the island from the water. The sea caves, puffins, and elephant rock was awesome.

Do not skip this tour - We had an amazing tour with our tour guide “B”. The seats on the boat are very supportive and bounce with you as you navigate the waves making for even more fun. We had the best view of elephant rock and experienced the coastline in a way you cannot from the land. You will see and enter multiple caves and might even see a Puffin. We easily would have begged for even more time to explore further. Highly recommended.

Thrilling RIB boat tour! - This trip was a blast! The RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) was super fun, small enough to float us into the entry of sea caves. Our guide entertained us with her personal perspective and stories, while experiencing sea caves, lava tubes, puffins, and the surrounding dramatic landscape. One suggestion for the tour company: while traveling between stops, the captain played loud rock music to cover the sound of the engines. We would have preferred the sound of the engines and the waves (or perhaps could play traditional Icelandic music to match the mood of the adventure).

WOW The island from the see is something - an epic roundtrip from one hour to see this beautiful island, what a pleasure! Indeed our guide was so nice and welcoming and told us so much about the island as well as the culture the nature and most of all the puffins life! We had the chance to see those beautiful little birds as well as other and the small rib boat and they flew just a few meters from the boat. I totaly recommend this activity to see the island from another point of view and the music on the boat was really well chosen perfect!

Desinformation and lack of attention in Vestmannaeyjar - Desinformation and lack of attention in Vestmannaeyjar I arrived on the island of Vestmannaeyjar on Friday, 19/09/2025, specifically to try to schedule a boat ride. The Google Maps page informed that the tourist establishments would be open. In addition, the online booking indicated that the tour was exhausted, so the face-to-face visit aimed to check the possibility of alternative schedules or enclosures. The climatic conditions were ideal for sailing: a sunny day with no clouds and calm sea. However, the city seemed completely deserted. No tourist establishment was open, and the lack of information was widespread. Lack of information and attention: The staff of the ferry terminal, the only available attendants, could not provide any information about the operation of the tours or any other Service on the island. In addition, the care was extremely rude. Online Contradiction vs. Presencial: The availability to book the tour remains active on platforms like Booking, which contradicts the reality on site, where there was no one to offer the Service or even provide explanations. The absence of any signaling or warning about the closure of establishments generated a waste of time and resources, as well as a frustrating experience. The lack of communication about the operation of tour services is unacceptable. If a Service is not available, whether for operational, weather or other reasons, this information should be communicated in a clear and accessible way to tourists, preventing them from arriving at the place for no reason. The negative experience makes me not recommend visiting the island based on lack of infrastructure and misinformation.
