- Voss Municipality - Voss is a municipality in Vestland county. The administrative center is the village of Vossevangen. Voss is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, forests, lakes and fast-flowing whitewater rivers. This has led to its development as a notable center of skiing, watersport, skydiving, paragliding and other adventure sports. Every year in the last week of June the area hosts the Ekstremsportveko (Extreme Sports Week), which is regarded as the world’s premier extreme sport festival. Bømoen, the local airstrip, is home to Skydive Voss, one of the largest dropzones in Norway, as well as a gliding club. The rivers provide various levels of white water, attracting kayaking, rafting and river boarding. Kite surfing and para-bungee may be seen on lake Vangsvatnet. The ski area, to the north of the town, is accessible via a cable car, Voss Gondol.

Embark on a Nærøyfjord RIB Boat Safari, Flåm Railway, and Bergen Railway Tour
Join us on this guided tour across some of Fjord Norway’s most stunning scenery. This trip comprises of a private guide and vehicle, a RIB fjord safari, the Bergen Railway, and the Flåm Railway. Our journey begins with a pick-up service from your accommodation taking you to Flåm. During the summer, we transit via Stalheimskleiva, a serpentine 1.5 km stretch descending from Stalheim into the Nærøydalen.
Upon reaching Flåm, we switch to a RIB boat to explore the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord (a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site) by water. These fjords, encased by towering mountains, are picturesque scenery not to be missed, regardless of the season.
Returning to Flåm, we proceed on the Flåm Railway, recognized as one of the world’s steepest railways on standard gauge tracks. This 20 km train ride duration is one hour. At Myrdal station, we will transfer to the Bergen Railway, destined for Voss. Finally, we pick you up at Voss by car and return to Bergen.
