Myriam Gave an Excellent Tour of Versailles - Myriam was an excellent tour guide and we had an amazing time! She showed my wife and I around Versailles as well as the Petite Trianon. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to explain a lot of the history behind Versailles. The Chateau itself is spectacular, but the guided tour definitely elevated the experience. Myriam also gave us some excellent tips for other things to do around Paris and made sure we had a great time. I would highly recommend it.

Great day in Versailles - Myriam is an absolute legend. The tour was educational, fast paced, and FUN! We really went there to learn about the history and lore of the French monarchy so this tour was a great choice for us. Do. Not. Miss. The. Trianons. It’s a must.

Amazing place, Amazing guide! - Our guide, Remy, was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and positive. We learned many unexpected details that made our experience unforgettable. This gardens are nothing short of miraculous.

Five Hours at Versailles...Amazing!!! - Our guide, Dimitri , was very well informed about French History, Greek Mythology and architecture. He was a great teacher. His knowledge brought good meaning to the context of what we were seeing. He stopped us several times and took some great photos of us. He was friendly and conscientious of our time and how we were feeling. The tour was 5 hours and well worth the time and cost to have such a very private tour.

Disastrous. - I cancelled and you still charged me. There was no ability to communicate with you. I have had good experiences with your company in the past. When I get home next week I am going to investigate my options to get my money back.

Scam Versailles agency - Scam company. This is the absolute worst experience we have had. Guide met us at the agreed upon location at the right time. That was all that was acceptable. Guide’s english was poor and had very little knowledge. Admitted it was one of his first tours. First took us in gardens. We couldnt get in at first as the tickets werent valid. Then he made some calls and 20 minutes later we got in but it seemed like the ticket agents were aware of this ticket scam mixup they try to pull. We walked through the gardens but were not taken to Marie Antoinette house. Then our supposed skip the line access was a farse. Huge line to get into the palace and we had the same issue with the tickets….had to stand there after being denied entry until they played their ticket game again to get us in. We then learned that the palace tour was on our own and the guide was not going to come in with us because he was not their in time to get a guide pass. After our self guided walk we saw the guide again who said we couldnt get back in to the gardens to see the Marie A house. They tried and then said the train that takes you to it wasnt running. We just had enough and parted ways at that point. Avoid at all costs.

An absolute ripoff and farce.... - This trip is an absolute ripoff and should be avoided. There is no guided tour of the palace; the guide waits outside, and the guide did not even know which line to use, which wasted 30mins of valuable time while the crowds built up. The transport to Marie Antionette's house was a small train which you had to line up and purchase your own ticket. the tour advertises transport but this is a lie. This was a total waste of time and money, and a total misrepresentation. Viator should be ashamed of their screening and should refund monies immediately.
