Two Thumbs Up - What a fantastic visit. We were able to get right in. We walked the chateau and gardens. We road the train and rented a golf cart. We saw everything.

Historical tourism visit. - A must see if you come to Paris. The history, the art work and the gardens just beautiful. Pre brought tickets but still had to line up. Lines moved fairly quickly to entry.

Bring a pic nic make a day of it! - It’s absolutely gorgeous a must see. Rent a golf cart it’s worth it to see it all. Also bring a picnic so beautiful to eat in the garden

Beautiful - We had a problem with the tickets but sorted it out with a phone call. Palace was crowded but the gardens were magnicant. Would go again just for the gardens

Excellent time - Both the grand and Petite trianon were interesting. The furniture in the grand triangle was better. The gardens and grounds were amazing and very well maintained.

No commentary by the tour-no internet - We appreciated that we had a time.set up by the tour group but we had no internet or headphones to get the commentary which was part of the tour package. This is not a guided tour. Since no connection, we paid 5 Eurs each to get a great audio from the Palace.
The Palace of Versailles is a must see in Paris!

Not worth the hassle - Getting tickets was fine - no problems-Visit to Palace awful-absolutely packed out-queues of hundreds all with prepaid tickets-would not go again or recommend to anyone

Buy at your own risk. - Would not recommend this tour operator. We booked and then it was cancelled the day before our trip which put us out $700.00 with no refund yet and having to book with another company. Highly disappointed.

Bogus skip the line plus - This was the third time to Versailles in three weeks. There is never a skip the line in any viator tickets totally bogus lure to buy. No help or direction to get to other entry points that were in ticket. Getting the audio on phone is a joke. You can't make out codes. I spent over $2000 dollars with Viator and will never use them again. My phone bill for Europe is over $200 in calls that I was kept on hold to find attachment that was ticket.
