A formative and unforgettable experience - Beautiful visit and above all useful to get around the city, listening through the 'audio guide the history of Verona that I did not know well... The driver very good at driving slowly so you could take pictures from the bus. For me the price is right considering that it is a 24-hour ticket with the possibility of getting on and off at every point, both on Line A and Line B.

Bit of a let down - An ok tour , but for the cost the 5€ little train is better value , the trip up to San Pietro and the stunning views is great , just not the break neck speed we were treated to by the driver, the other route is equally quick a journey, neither more than 45 minutes at most , it is also not the most frequent, one route every hour the other every 30 mins

There appear to be... - There appear to be minimal buses running and the wait time between buses is very long and it's impossible to know when the next bus is coming. We were forced to take a taxi to make our train in time. However the stop at the top of the hill was spectacular and the stops were close to the attraction

Fair bus tour - Was an ok bus ride. Not a very personable team. Would not do again. Price made it worth it. Did learn a few thing. Very cut and dry experience

Verona is nice but not a cost-friendly city to travellers - Verona is so beautiful therefore we visited it again in 2025. Compared with other towns we had just visited, coffee and pastries are overpriced in some bars and they did not provide receipts, so try to avoid some small bars located in the center’s center. Just walking a few metres away, you will find cafes and bars with reasonable prices.

Audio is Terrible! - Did both bus tours, Red & Blue line, and both times the audio was out of sync with the sights. We also lost audio completely at one point. From what I could make out, the driver is manually starting the audio for each section so no idea why it was so far out all the time.

Hop On/Hop Off is a Misrepresentation - The hop on/hop off opportunity was poor, at least for the blue line. We got on the blue line at the initial stop and got off to see a garden at the third stop. After visiting the garden, we waited at the stop and found that the next bus was full and we couldn't board. We walked to the next stop and waited again only to find that the next bus was also full. We then walked to the next stop (Castel San Pietro) which was a strenuous climb up the hill to the castel. We assumed enough people would get off at the castel that we could board and ride back to the initial stop. But when the bus arrived, all passengers got off the bus and were allowed 2 minutes to photograph the view and reboard. So essentially, this was a ride up and back to the castel and not really a hop on/hop off feature. Complicating this was that the blue route only used small van buses with space for only 20 to 25 people due to the narrow streets. The people selling the tickets at the initial stop should have been honest and told us that we likely would not be able to hop on/hop off on this route.

Disappointing - We saw about 75% of redline. Jumped off. About three hours later we waited 1.5 hours at a blue line drop off. No bus. Walked back to meeting point and waited for redline to no avail. Walked back to train station in rain. Walked over 10 miles due to no bus service. If the buses were not going to run in the rain, it should have been disclosed before we got on the bus. Verona was beautiful. Unfortunately we did not get the full experience.
