Verona - Experience an hands-on cooking class with a Veronese chef that will share with you the best techniques to prepare an authentic Italian meal. The chef will cook alongside you, teach you and follow you step-by-step to complete the recipes together. You’ll really feel like home in our kitchen and you’ll learn what makes Italian food so good. Get tips and suggestions about basic Italian cooking techniques to enhance the natural flavors of the food and you’ll discover that you don’t need a great effort to create a delicious meal.
You will prepare some tasty dishes including Hand-made fresh Pasta from scratch, Risotto (with locally produced rice) and the original Tiramisu, the world-famous sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee and sweet mascarpone cream.
After the cooking class you will enjoy your home-cooked meal with the rest of the small group, sharing with them the results of your experience while tasting a glass of local wine. You’ll also receive the recipes, so you can recreate this Italian meal at home for family and friends.

Verona—Where Rome-owed What Juli-et! - If you are planning to be in Verona, book this tour! If you are not planning to be in Verona, plan a trip there and book this tour. Christina, and her assistant, Sylvia, were personable and engaging teachers and hosts. The work space is beautiful and immaculate. The setup of ingredients was individual, so that each couple was able to prepare their own food and participate in each step. We made risotto, three types of pasta, sauce, and tiramisu. Afterward, we ate the lunch, along with bruschetta and plentiful wine at a lovely table. The portions were large and everything was delicious.

Amazing Class - Thoroughly enjoyable cooking class, learnt so much and food was amazing! The chefs who ran the class were so helpful and knowledgeable. It is well worth doing this class if you are in Verona!

Amazing Experience - Maria Cristina was fun, knowledgeable and professional. I very much enjoyed learning cooking techniques from her. The space was beautiful and comfortable and there was a chance at the end to sit down to a lovely lunch that we had made ourselves!

Fun and Delicioso! - This class was so much fun and educational. Chef Christina was very organized and attentive as she watched us prepare (or help to prepare) tiramisu, amarone risotto, and hand made pasta. She also educated us on local wines as well as the Italian Mocha made in a special coffee pot. The pace was perfect and relaxed. The cooking studio provided plenty of light and ample room. It was time well spent.
