More authentic way to see Venice! - Great tour! It was a fantastic way to get off the beaten path and try some more authentic Venetian foods and drinks that I wouldn’t necessarily have tried on my own (but liked!). Our guide was awesome and even provided a few great restaurant recs that were the best meals we had on our trip! I’d highly recommend—just make sure to read the fine print—not all drinks at each stop are included, which was fine but I’d glossed over when I booked.

A fantastic introduction to the city - Valerio's tour was amazing, We booked with him for the first night we arrived in Venice so that we could be shown the Hiden gems of the city that you wouldn't normally find as a tourist. Valerio was chatty, personable and spoken fluent English which made it easy to ask questions when walking around the winding side streets. This combined with his outstanding knowledge of venitian history made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. Before meeting, he messaged and arranged a spot to meet along with providing a list of restaurants that he would recommend within the city. During our tour he even phoned and booked at his number one recommendation for us which we have eaten at this evening. The restaurant was outstanding, tucked away in a secluded courtyard its certainly something that we couldn't have located without his recommendation. I will be passing his details to any family or friends that come to visit this beautiful city and would recommend Valerio to anyone!

Wine tour - Adair was a great host, she took us to three places all a fair distance from each other which was really cool because we got a mini tour of Venice in a sense and were able to ask all the questions that came to mind as we strolled. The variety of appetizers were delicious! Tour guide is very social and fun to be around.

Amazing Tour and Mixology class - I had a mixology class with Valerio back in May, as a birthday present for my wife. It was amazing, and it positively affected my entire summer. I now did it two more times, with friends and business associates. Each time, Valerio‘s bright personality, knowledge and warmth shines through. He makes a simple class on how to make an Aperol spritz and a virtual tour of the area feel like yoga re there with him. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

the genuine Venetian aperitivo experience - Valerio introduced me to the drinks, cichetti and best baccaro venues around Cannaregio. It was a real "locals" experience - and I got to try all sorts of delicious, authentic Venetian food. I found it a very memorable and enjoyable experience - the ambiance of sitting next to a canal in the moonlight with an aperitivo seemed to capture what was special about Venice perfectly. Valerio also offered me guidance and recommendations for other places to eat and visit while in Venice - he's great company and incredibly helpful and it made a huge difference to my overall experience. Would definitely recommend - and I would go back to all the places we went without hesitation.

Great experience in the heart of Cannaregio - Valerio was perfect company to guide us around and show us hidden treasures of Cannaregio. He even sent us lots of recommendations for the upcoming days in Venice and we could contact him with questions. Really, such a great guy! The drinks and snacks have been full size, so great value for money. All in all a perfect startete our holiday.

Fun virtual cocktail class - My husband and I were supposed to be in Italy in June, but with the pandemic, that is of course not happening. We were looking for ways to still enjoy some of the Italian culture while also supporting some of the virtual offerings that tour companies were offering. And we found this cocktail class with Valerio. It was so much fun! We had had an Aperol Spritz before, but it was fun to learn the culture behind it, and try a couple other Italian cocktails (with Campari and Cynar). It was a fun way to spend the afternoon. Thank you Valerio! He was a great mixologist, and even showed us part of the canal near his house in Murano.

Not to miss - Wishing you could journey to Venice to enjoy the ambiance of local Venice while getting some Venetian history and all with a knowledgeable host and guide? Well skip the long flight and hop aboard for a most enjoyable journey (think Zoom). Lasts about an hour, and for us certainly helped with this whole 'stay at home' thing.
