Had doubts but totally worth it! - Wonderful experience for all ages and accompanying for multiple languages. Don’t!! Be late back to the boat!

Insufficient time on each... - Insufficient time on each island, and the delay at the glassblowing demo meant that we have even less time on Murano. The departure pier was difficult to find. The guide was quite good.

Train pick up - make sure to read - **READ** if being picked up at S.Lucia train station. There really does need to be a better description for where to meet and check in at the train station, and/or better communication (attempted to reach out 3 times). I eventually found it after 45 min of looking (and no response from the tour group)… so silly… To check in, it is directly to the left as you exit the station (attached picture). Then you’ll need to walk about 7 min away toward the water (right of the station) to meet the boat. BONUS is that they also offer luggage hold for the day at 5€ which is pretty good!!

A nice getaway from busy Venice (but expect crowds as well) - We enjoyed being on the water and getting away from the Venice crowds for a bit. We quickly realized that we were met with crowds, although smaller, in Murano and Burano. The glass-blowing demonstration was very interesting. The artist was amazing! The doace was too small for the number of people watching. The speaker on the boat was not working well and we were not able to understand the guide's words. The tour allows for only 50 linutes on each island. That is not enough time if one would like to explore.

Okay okay… - If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of central Venice, this tour might be a suitable option. However, the experience was underwhelming due to technical issues—the audio system wasn’t working properly, which made it hard to follow the guide’s commentary despite her best efforts. Torcello felt like an unnecessary stop, with very little of interest to see. Murano and Burano were moderately interesting but not particularly impressive. Overall, this tour is only worthwhile if you’re specifically interested in experiencing the cultural vibe of the lagoon islands rather than visiting notable attractions.

Disappointing Experience – Not worth the time - Unfortunately, this excursion did not meet expectations and was not worth the time invested. The visit to the three islands was very brief — approximately 45 minutes per island — which allowed little opportunity to truly explore or enjoy the surroundings. The glassblowing demonstration on Murano lasted less than ten minutes and the rest was just a sales show for their products. There was no time to wander through the charming streets or experience the local atmosphere. Overall, the tour felt rushed and commercialized rather than cultural or enriching.

Money for nothing - I booked to join today and stood as described in the joining details on the corner of Scalzi church 30 mins in advance, the details said 15 min in advance, nobody came, no signs no details, I waited until after 12 noon the expected time of departure. Obviously this didn't leave me tie to get to the second meeting point some 30 mins away. Very disappointing and money spent for nothing. The joining details are not clear!!!!

Left stranded on the first island, with two children and my blind dad - Terrible experience.I would strongly recommend taking the public water transport instead. It ends up being the same price and you can spend as much time on each island as you want. We booked the tour thinking it would be easier going with my two children and my dad who is blind. When we got to the first island they told us we had 45 min (so significantly less than the 1h it gives in the tour description) and to be back at the pier at 2:45. 2:45 on the dot we were at the pier as they turned on the motor and left. They clearly saw us and decided to abandon us there anyway. The tour operator said they couldn’t put us on the next boat since it was fully booked even though I said standing wouldn’t be a problem for us. So we ended up having to pay again to get ourselves back home in a public transport boat, in which of course we were standing and was perfectly safe to stand. So if you don’t want to be left stranded on an island, I would really suggest either a different tour run by more ethical people or going in the public system.

Excessively disappointing experience, feeling of an afternoon wasted - The company Lagoon tour that managed the excursion did on Booking, so, even with a reservation, we were turned back after the validation of the tickets because more seats sold than seats in the boat. For this excursion from 12:30 to 18:30, we were offered to join her at 2:30, with another boat. So, excursion at the pace - Murano: descent of the boat, 10 min glass workshop at the foot of the pier, 25 minutes in the shop, express return on the boat, no time for a visit of the island - burano: 35 minutes visit of the city so either walk or have a coffee but not both - torcelo: 10 minutes to go to the cathedral, entrance fee added, 10 minutes to visit, 10 minutes to take the boat back. On the way multi-language guide boat Italian, Spanish, English and French, in an incomprehensible phonetic language broadcast by saturated speakers. In summary, great disappointment and feeling of being treated like a "herd of cattle": step aside - go up - down - come back at xh - go up - wait for the next -... No explanation, no respect or perceived humanity

Poor service - Gave us wrong time to leave the last stop. Left almost half the tour participants at Burano. We had to wait and pay another boat to take us back to Rialto.
