Excellent canal tour of Venice! - This is a small electric boat tour through the canals of Venice. Our guide was Ricardo who was born in Venice. He truly enjoyed showing us his city and telling us about its past and its current challenges. Given the large crowds in the walking the city, this was a great way to explore Venice.

Fantastic way to see Venice - Great tour as we slowly motored through many canals and saw much of Venice for over 1.5 hours. We shared the boat with 1 other couple. This is absolutely a great value excursion and I highly recommend it.

Great tour! We really... - Great tour! We really enjoyed our guide and being able to experience Venice by boat. Very interesting and informative and the drinks and snacks we a nice addition. I would highly recommend taking this tour if you want to get a good overview of the city from a different perspective.

Ricardo was AMAZING! - Ricardo was a terrific tour guide. He is a native of Venice and had a lot of inside information to share. The locations we visited were not on the usual "tourist" route, so we really had a unique and fabulous experience

Exciting and unique way to see Venice - One of the best tours we ever had. You can see Venice in a way that’s impossible by walking. And we learned a lot of interesting things along the way. I can’t recommend it any higher — in fact, we will probably take it again the next time we come to Venice.

Tour cancelled at short notice - Unfortunately we did not get to experience this tour, as the company randomly cancelled it at short notice.
My wife and I had been particularly looking forward to this tour, and so were bitterly disappointed when we arrived at the meeting point (after a 30 minute walk) to find it deserted. I subsequently discovered that Trip Advisor had sent an email 2 hours earlier, informing me that the tour operator had cancelled the tour.
No reason was given. The weather on the day was mild and dry. Furthermore, no attempt was made to contact me by phone, even though my mobile details had been supplied.
I have written to the tour operator to ask for an explanation. It seems to me very unsatisfactory that the tour should be randomly cancelled only a couple of hours before it was due to take place, and with no explanation.
