Bell Tower - Self guided. Ample time to see the city. Views were great. Bell ringing was an added bonus while we were there. Great pictures too.

A breathtaking view if Venice! - A breathtaking view if Venice. An excellent way to start or end your day in Venice. Note, if you collect your ticket from the Tour Agency and then head to the bell tower, notice there are 2 lines to stand in: The long ticket line as well as the skip the line queue. Make sure to head for the right queue! :-). The short 3D movie experience at the end, when heading back to the agency, is a must do!

Interesting. - Interesting and recommended. A nice view of the area. You definitely want to pass the line. I would not say must do but definitely interesting to experience and also see the bells up close.

An ok visit - The Bell tower visit itself was ok. It is at a high level of Venice and the views are nice. The ticketing process was tedious. The company first provides a voucher that needs to be exchanged at their office for a ticket. The directions to their office is terrible. I wandered around for awhile before I could find it. The number on street is just not enough. They should additionally provide a Google map location. I gave this feedback to the customer rep giving me the ticket. Her response told me that she wasn’t interested in receiving this information. Borderline rude behavior. The experience for a tourist needs to be without hassle. This wasn’t one of those.

You can just get these... - You can just get these tickets directly or day of cheaper. It’s not usually sold out and seemed like it was cheaper to buy direct. I thought it was a tour but it’s just access to the tower.

Bell tower - This was okay. You go to a store to pick up your tickets and you have the option to watch a virtual headset video of the area. You are paying soley to skip the line. Bell tower didn't have a line when we arrived so in reality, a priority ticket wasn't necessary. It wasn't too exciting, you take an elevator up to the top, check out the view and head back down.

Skip the "Priority" experience - We ordered these "skip the line" tickets in advance, but for what we paid, I'm not sure it was worth it. I also thought we'd be climbing stairs to the top, but they take you up in an elevator. Obviously, you go up for the view, and that didn't disappoint. We spent maybe 20 minutes at the top so the whole experience only took half an hour. I don't know why that can't just email you a pdf of the tickets. We had to walk out of the way to the travel agency and stand in line to receive paper tickets to show at the Bell Tower. If I had a do-over, I would still go up in the Bell Tower. I would just wait in line for a few minutes in the regular line and not overpay for "priority".

Don't pay that much for this - Don't pay for this... The view amazing, high and 360 degree, beautiful... but for way less money you can just line up and buy a ticket on the day. We went early and there was no line and no wait & throughout the day there wasn't even much line or wait. Don't spend the extra money. We spent over $300 for 5 people this way and it isn't anything near that if you buy at the gate! Yes view is good, this deal isn't.

False advertising - 1. VIATOR PROVIDED FALSE INFORMATION about this activity. There is NO history museum or 3D movie. I asked several staff members and the security guards in the area on site at the Bell Tower. This is an OVERPRICED entry ticket for an elevator ride. 2. Skip the line - what line? We could have just bought the 6 pm ticket for a lot less. And we were there on a busy day. 3. Viator told us to pick up ticket 15 min prior. They didn't tell us the pop-up ticket booth meeting point closed 30 min prior to our time. I walked around the area frantically looking for this, finally, my husband found another tour guide office located a distance from the bell tower. That office did get us the entry tickets. 4. I called Viator support at the time of discovery of the missing history museum and 3D movie. The customer service rep apologized and offered a full refund. I said, all I want is to only pay for what I received, that I would be okay with a partial refund. The rep said he would take care of that. I got an email the next day from Viator saying they would not be giving any refund. 5. Unless Viator makes some effort to acknowledge their errors I will NEVER use them again when I travel. I will stick with Get Your Guide next time.
